El día 26 de julio de 2023 deje un…read morepaquete para enviar a la provincia de Cienfuegos y en aras de no ser impertinente di los días de rango determinados para la supuesta entrega en las manos de un familiar porque así lo garantizan . Resulta que a fecha de hoy 18 de septiembre dicho paquete se encuentra desaparecido . Llamè en varias ocasiones a la agencia y su explicación inicial es que debía escribir un email a otro servidor y explicar el caso, lo hago , las respuestas que recibí es que la persona debe encargarse de localizar el paquete en las oficinas de Cuba con los datos correspondientes al mismo . En mi caso a la provincia de Cienfuegos nadie responde teléfonos , correos ni avisos de ninguna índole , retorno mi atención y solicitud a los responsables de la agencia y la posición es que hay que seguir llamando o sea que si demoran un año en responder en Cienfuegos no tendré mi paquete porque según no son responsables una vez que esté el mismo en Cuba. Hasta este minuto mi paquete ni solución . Ratifico que esta es mi experiencia la cual puede diferir con otros clientes en mi caso todo ha sido un verdadero desastre . Gracias.

Ketki was incredibly responsive, thorough, and knowledgeable about the entire process. Not only was her initial price $400 cheaper than other agents she took the time to contact me AFTER I booked the ticket to let me know of a competitor airline announcing a much better offer and ultimately saving me more than $1200. I've never seen such attention to detail, particularly after I had already paid the ticket fare. Ketki is knowledgeable about airport terminals, local hotel options, local transportation options. MY LONG BLAH BLAH BLAH:…read more I was on the verge of buying my father a plane ticket to Vietnam online until he had already spoke to the agency he went through to send my brother out to Vietnam last year. Well, I really wanted my dad to travel somewhat comfortably, but what wouldn't cost my guy and I an arm and a leg. So I did some research and checked out different airline prices online...different airlines and all. I'm only familiar with so many airlines, usual...Continental, Southwest (lol like they fly out of the country), Jet Blue, and so forth. Then I found Singapore airlines to be quite well, and one of the best to fly international, Asiana to be cheap, and Japan airlines to be luxurious (way out of my price league). So when I gotg the call from my dad that he's at an agency, I'm being biased, thinking why? They are going to charge more!! My butt, who says do your research first...oh boy, I should slap myself in the face, why would I even think that? I never even been to one! ...... MORE TO THE POINT: So I came there and wow the roundtrip ticket for Singapore Airlines!!!! Only for 1280!!! Economy class, but thats okay, I mean it was cheaper than any online deals I could find.....I think the cheapest one I found was actually like $1320....so I was quite pleased, and this being with Singapore Airlines, who I hear is very accomodating...nice My brother flew with Asiana from the arrangement with Deluxe Travel, and said personally he thought it was quite comfortable...price? I'm not aware of. LONG STORY SHORT NOW: cheap flights to Vietnam and very decent ---- nice airlines. If you're traveling internationally to Vietnam, try this agency! Or maybe any other one, just in case, cause I don't know any other ones, but the prices were nice. It's nice that they have decent customer service, yes they do talk english as well. And its cool that you're not only getting your flight, but the visa was included as well, and they'll help you out, assist you to the process of traveling internationally and direct where you can get a passport. $1280 for roundtrip to Vietnam on SINGAPORE AIRLINES and a Visa, with some good assistance, can't beat that. The flight isn't until January, but its still a darn good price! The first experience with my brother smoothed by fine, and I'm sure with my dad would be grand, hopefully!!!
