Despite the weather outside, everything on the interior was spacious, bright, and comfortable, even with the door open. Staff were friendly and helpful, and the array of savory and sweet baked goods in the case looked appetizing and interesting. I ordered a lemonade and they offered to top it with matcha...never had that before, but it was delicious. This Coffeebar is conveniently located near the freeway, so an excellent stop without adding much drive time. Will definitely be back on future trips.

They do wholesale to businesses and also sell retail to people like you and me! They offer sourdough in loafs, sliced bread, and rolls. I am sure much more, but I have not actually been to their retail store. I was gifted a loaf of sliced sourdough and muffins. Ohhhh my!! It was delicious!!! What I like is their simplicity. They use freshly milled unbleached flour, sea salt, and water. I don't like when companies use "enriched" flour. With clean ingredients and no preservatives, it will not last as long so enjoy it while it is fresh!!! I told him, he went to their system, cross referenced a few things, then had the answer! This kind of service is on par with the rest of New Moon staff. The people who work there are all so helpful and kind. The store is always clean and we'll organized. The produce is in great condition. The juice bar is awesome. The sandwiches are so good. The employees were kind as was everyone in line, which was very relaxed yet orderly. I made an initial list after seeing the menu online and some last minute substitutions when I saw the items visually. Gruyere and calabrian chili bread - The bread is amazing and still a little warm at 8:45/9 AM. The texture, taste, and flavors were perfect. A great crunch with an airy inside. The flavors complemented one another perfectly. Highly recommend getting bread. Blueberry scone - I had the peach scone on my list but this flavor was a last minute sub. It was jam packed with blueberries with a sweet glaze on top. Super freshly baked texture. Pistachio chocolate morning bun - Amazing. Nice, flaky layers. Filled with delicious chocolate chips and pistachios with a delicious chocolate sort of glaze on top. Raspberry chocolate chip brioche twist - Great flavor with raspberry jam and chocolate sort of like the innards of a choc croissant. It tasted a tiny bit dry while I usually prefer a doughier bake. Giant though! Blondie - Last minute substitution! Really yummy with chocolate chips and butterscotch chips and varied texture. The middle was yummy dough-y while the outside was more baked. Pecan stresual coffee cake - The topping was amazing as was the inner layer which felt sort of like pecan pie. I would have liked a tiny bit more moisture in the actual cake. There's decent dog entertainment in line. Meaning dogs to entertain humans, and some employees even hand out dog treats. Ravioli the doggo (shout out if you are reading this, even though the chances are low). When I left the line looked about equivalently long as when I arrived. Overall amazing and don't sleep on the bread!! Worth waiting in line.
