The have an extremely wide food variety with dedicated aisles for Asian and Hispanic flavors. Any obscure or non-big-name-brand that you may not find anywhere else can be found here. There is a large seafood counter and deli (which have both been recently updated). They sell a huge variety of bulk items too! They have everything from nuts to candy to dog food, herbs, pasta, bird seed, and more. There is a bakery that offers some nice fresh items like pastries, rolls, cakes, and bagels. They also do custom cake orders! There's also a hot food section where they sell freshly made fried chicken, flavored wings, tenders, and sides for a super affordable price! WinCo offers a ton of ready to eat meals. Just pop them in the microwave for a quick and large bite. The staff members are very friendly. They build a lovely relationship with the regulars which is great to see. They never show any sense of attitude, even when it gets very busy (which is often). Sometimes the lines can get super long (particularly towards the beginning of the month and in the afternoons). Most of the time, they have plenty of check-out lanes open so the wait isn't too bad. Everything is relatively well-organized. The store is huge but it doesn't feel like a maze trying to find the items you need. The aisles are wide but get congested at times. Since they're open 24/7, it's not too hard to beat the crowds though. If you decide to shop here (which I definitely recommend), note that they don't accept credit cards!

I stopped shopping here. He should have been let go for what he said. In my opinion. Plus, he was argumentative. Well, (about a week ago, when I wrote this) I stopped by to grab a few items on sale. Huge mistake. I hate that store! The sale price didn't ring up, and our cashier asked if I clipped the coupon on the app. It wasn't on their app for me to clip. I looked up all the items on the app that I was purchasing. Thankfully, she scanned a coupon code she had up front. Prior to checking out, my friend asked if the cashier would be opening her lane. There was only one cashier for a long time and there was a long line, then two lanes open. They would have been the third cashier. She rudely told my friend, No! I'm training her. Then all of a sudden they were open. Wtf?! Again, last night we went to Smart & Final, I was so sorry I went against my better judgment. I tried to ask the cashier a question before it was our turn, so I could let the person behind me go ahead if I needed more time. My partner went to grab one of the free items on their app. Then I noticed they had two free items on their app. So the cashier snapped at me, and put her finger up at me and yelled at me to "hold on". Then when it was my turn she said "only one coupon"! Very rudely. She was being a downright witch! I'm pretty sure that I could have used both coupons it didn't say one or the other on the app. But I wasn't going to waste my time arguing with her. Ugh!

I've been shopping at this location since it was, I believe Lucky's. It was always my go to store…read morein the past. Due to several negative interactions I stopped shopping there and started shopping Safeway. Recently, I decided to give this store another chance. My first two shopping trips it felt like the old Raley's. Everyone was friendly and I was able to find what I needed easily. This evening I came in and felt like a criminal. The security guard was following me through the store as well as an associate. I tried to not over think it and continued my shopping. I proceeded to use self check out, scanned all of my items, paid for my goods and began to leave the self checkout area. The self check out cashier was starring me down like I didnt pay, looking me up and down as well as my cart. I still smiled and spoke first, saying thank you and have a good evening. The cashier maintained her demeanor, no smile, no have a good evening, no thank you for shopping with us. As I continued to the door the security guard was standing near the exit and at least he spoke and said have a good one! With cost of living continuing to rise you would think these associates would at the very minimum be polite. No one has to shop Raley's. There is plenty of cheaper options. I also understand that people steal at an alarming rate but if that's how a paying customer is treated, I will stick to Safeway. Raley's needs to really train their employees on customer service. People shouldn't walk out feeling upset or profiled. Especially, since the cashier was older, she definitely knows better. I won't be returning and neither will my family. If I could give a zero I would. No personality, no service, not even a thanks from the self checkout cashier or the associates that passed while I was shopping. I will give 100% gratitude to the lady in the deli department as always she was kind and friendly. I also included my receipt. Which also reflects I spend quite a bit of money there based off my discounts. Also, the aisle with all the individual cold drinks is filthy. The shelves are sticky and when you grab a red bull the bottoms of the cans are so dirty. Im talking debris, stuck to the shelf, and sticky. Do better !
