Dirty, unorganized, just plain terrible. When we went there yesterday, there were no other customers and yet the only shopping cart in the whole store was parked near one of the registers. When my wife went over to get it, a cashier came skidding around a corner and ORDERED her to let go of the shopping cart, and that she couldn't have it - no reason was given, as if ANY reason would be justifiable grounds for treating a customer this rudely. When we told the testy cashier there weren't any other carts, she started ARGUING back at us that there were, as she hooked a thumb toward the empty space at the front of the store where the carts were supposed to be. When we pointed out to her that there were no carts where she was pointing, she said my wife (who has an injured knee with a brace quite visible on it) would have to go back outside to get one. That was enough to say no thanks, we'll shop somewhere else.
On our way out we saw the a station full of red carts at the other end of the parking lot. Not sure what they're paying this woman to run all their customers off, but I guess we finally learned our lesson too. How this place stays in business is an enigma wrapped up in a mystery that defies all the logic and reason the average human brain can muster. My best guess is this store is a front for some seedy dark room in the back where mafia and/or other "back alley" activities are conducted - most likely with the angry cashier lady working her other shift as the Godfather. This theory makes more sense than a store this bad staying in business this long. If you enjoy lazy cashiers yelling at you to do their jobs for them as part of your shopping experience, you'll love it. read more
