"Good Stuff..cheap"…read more Yeah it's the Ollie's motto. I've been to a few, usually I can walk in and out and stay on budget. I don't know if all Ollie's are doing this promo or not but when I went they had an ad in the book section Fill a shopping basket with as many as you can fit (with a certain color dot on the back of the book) For $2.99 For a bibliophile who loves a deal, lemme tell you I put my books in that basket like a well skilled game of Tetris. Everything was fine, though everything was extremely messy and cluttered. We were followed by an employee after we looped around the store to look at everything. It was quite persistent and discomforting to be followed (not so discreetly) by an employee, we had looped back towards the floor panels and rugs of the store as we're renovating a room in our home and wanted to see prices. This employee was on our behinds (to put it nicely) so we moved out of the way assuming he had to get to the backroom where there was a staff area. He had stood beside us for 2-3 minutes just watching us and then pretending to go through the floor panels. I understand staff must have precaution for customers stealing or causing issues as I've worked in retail for some years, but to be persistently behind customers and invading their space while they're just trying to shop and look around without any cause? Unacceptable. We will not be shopping at this Ollie's again. I will also be averting my friends and family from shopping here as well.

My one complaint is that is isn't as clean as I would want it to usually be but other than that it is really great. There is a wide selection of clothing and other things like toys, food, and house decor. Goodwill used to be fun and exciting but now everything gets put on there website that could be worth anything and the prices are absolutely ridiculous, they are making a fortune from your donations. They are a very Greedy company and honestly I would rather donate to Salvation Army or put stuff in Blessing Box at least they are not making money from your stuff and it really does help people unlike Goodwill. And honestly are making a killing from your donations and the prices are ridiculous. And honestly the staff isn't very friendly. No one is going to Goodwill and wanting to spend $20+ on jeans. Also, they've started putting solid white tags on more expensive brands as well, so they will never be eligible for the 50% off "color of the week" tag sale. It's really sad that Goodwill is this greedy, when they literally get all of their merchandise for FREE from donations. And even worse, when the items don't sell, because they're too pricey - they'll just end up in a landfill.

Certain staff members refuse to shave the deli meats as requested, instead slicing them according to their preference. I suspect that this may not align with Foodfair's standard practices, as the sandwich spread has become excessively chunky. Due to these concerns, I have decided to discontinue my visits to the deli. Unfortunately, I have witnessed staff mistreating senior customers, which I believe is unacceptable. It is essential to recognize that customer satisfaction is crucial to the success of the business.
