However, ALL registers were manned so we were in line only 5 minutes! Special shoutout to Dawnette who was efficient, professional, and friendly. Store was well stocked and we found everything we were looking for. Great deals. After early supper we came back and shopped further. Sorry I don't have the names of the other 2 associates who checked us out but they were great as well.

T.J. Maxx is a great place to find presents for anyone on your shopping list. Or, you can find…read moreitems for yourself as well lol. I stopped by the Wednesday before Thanksgiving to do some Christmas shopping. I found a few cloths items for my great nephew in sizes 10-12, boys. I looked at some clearance racks for myself, but didn't find anything. I also looked at shoes and nothing jumped out at me so I kept it moving. This location has a ton of home goods, from anything to kitchen items to dog beds. And during Christmas they have extra toys for the kids. The reason I gave a four instead of five stars is the store did away with the check out counters where you go into the mall and now only have registers on the side of the store where you go into the parking lot. Oh and one register in jewelry. The lines were super dooper long. I waited about 15 minutes to purchase my three items. You may want to rethink this change T.J. Maxx. I know you wanted to bring in more toys, but making customers wait in long lines may not be the best way to maximise profits.

My boyfriend and I went to look around and buy a few things, he's never been to an Ollie's before…read moreand I gotta say it was probably not the best first impression. Everything was fine, though everything was extremely messy and cluttered. We were followed by an employee after we looped around the store to look at everything. It was quite persistent and discomforting to be followed (not so discreetly) by an employee, we had looped back towards the floor panels and rugs of the store as we're renovating a room in our home and wanted to see prices. This employee was on our behinds (to put it nicely) so we moved out of the way assuming he had to get to the backroom where there was a staff area. He had stood beside us for 2-3 minutes just watching us and then pretending to go through the floor panels. I understand staff must have precaution for customers stealing or causing issues as I've worked in retail for some years, but to be persistently behind customers and invading their space while they're just trying to shop and look around without any cause? Unacceptable. We will not be shopping at this Ollie's again. I will also be averting my friends and family from shopping here as well.

And after moving to Maryland, I would meet my sister here on my way home to visit and pay for portraits for my nieces and nephew when they were younger. They always did a fabulous job! On this visit, I was looking for a Marshall t-shirt and cup. I hit the jackpot as both were on sale. I found a vintage super soft t-shirt and an awesome cup with a handle. The handle makes walking with a cup much easier! I've worn the short and it washed well. And I started using the cup as soon as I got back to my parents and cleaned it. It keeps my water cold for a long time which living in Florida, I appreciate;) I'll be back on my next visit up north. If you are looking for good quality at a reasonable price, you've found it!
