They have a great space with plenty of seating, both indoors and out. They have TVs throughout the brewery so watching a game there is probably pretty easy. I started with the onion rings and then went with the double smash burger and I have to say it was solid. They also have a great selection of beers which included several guest taps. My only piece of constructive criticism is that when I got my 3 growlers filled at the end of my visit (because they have good beer and I wanted to drink more later), my growlers were neither sealed nor labeled. For those that don't know, breweries usually label the growlers with beer your ordered and seal it so it doesn't leak. I've only ever run into this once before, it was in Amarillo, TX. I didn't make a fuss about it but it didn't come off as the most professional or polished in that respect. I'd really like to see them reexamine this part of their operation and possibly consider branded labels for the growlers (so that you know what you're drinking) and branded caps (their dog logo would fit perfectly and be a good way to rep the brand). Overall, I had a great visit. But I'll inquire before getting my growlers filled again.

The part that goes awry is the food. We ordered pimento cheese, which wasn't bad, just wished it had better crackers. So my husband asks if we could split a burger. I said sure. We get the burger and cut it in half , and it is gray in color and recognizably microwavd. I then take my burger off the bun to further investigate and it is cold and at this point obvious it was microwaved burger. Absolutely horrendous. And for this reason alone, we will never go back here. If you can't find the time to fry a burger then do not serve food. Period.

The two bartenders they had on staff that day were cool, knowledgeable, and welcoming, and were able to guide us through their impressive selection of craft beers. Unfortunately, the rooftop section of the restaurant was closed on the day that I went, but from the outside, it looked like a really neat place to stop in when it is open. They also had a nice outdoor seating area, which appears to be the perfect place to enjoy a beer on a nice, sunny, but not overly hot or humid day. Finally, and perhaps most importantly, the Hazy IPAs that me and my friend got were great, and were among the best that I've gotten from any other brewery that I've ever been to. They were all cracked open when we got our bucket, so they were all dry and chewy. Just awful. Steamed oysters are not supposed to let air in like that while they're steaming. The buffalo chicken flatbread was the best tasting thing I've had on this menu. It was full of flavor! The tacos I had one night were also disappointing. They were average at best and made me realize I could've saved money by making my own. One time I had the infamous dill dip that I've grown to love so much over the years, but I refuse to get it again because it was not good. It did not taste the same as it used to. Too much dill & the white dip itself was not right either. It just tasted cheap. I still loved the atmosphere here very much! It will always have that going for it and the service is still good too. The new manager is a very nice man who has a great personality and eclectic style. I just really hope the kitchen can step up their game.
