I bring it in and they had just received a huge order but were still able to get it to me before the promised time (a few days). After I left, I received an email and again when it was ready. The communication was excellent and they performed the job exactly as I desired. My only gripe is that I had purchased these awards for $8 a piece with the engraved plaque on the front. Obviously, my company received a discount for ordering a few hundred of them. I fully understand that, but it cost over $12 for me to get the little plastic plaque replaced. I have some additional "extra" awards that I can repurpose for next year, but for that price, I would think it might be more cost-effective to mail them back to the company who made them to replace the plaques. Maybe there would have been a better price if I did 5 or 10 of them, but I'm not sure.
