Nine Line Apparel - Men's Clothing Near Me - Savannah, Georgia

So bummed...ordered 3 shirts recently cause I loved these shirts years ago. They were well made and rugged. The ones i received NO ONE would pay $30 a pop...even military discounted they are hot garbage. Very thin material (I can see light through it) MADE IN INDIA. The silk screening appears it will fade off in a few washes. Don't even fit right like before. Took a few weeks to get after ordering (cause they are made internationally now) AND charged me 8$ for shipping in a thin bag when stated "orders over $70 receive free shipping". Trying to get a refund now...but not holding my breath, guess losing a lifelong customer don't mean much these days. Seriously disappointed. read more

I found a t-shirt in the store that I loved, but they didn't have my size, so the clerk placed an order online and planned to have it shipped to my house. Fast forward 2 weeks, my order was still listed as "unfulfilled," so I reached out to customer service. I received a response within hours and was informed that my shirt was a limited run and no longer available, but they would keep me posted on the status of my order. Before I could even respond, I received a shipment notification. Their store clerk made a mistake and should've never placed that order, but Nine Line went out of their way to make it right. Customer service was extremely responsive and went above and beyond. I've been a customer for years and will continue to support their business! read more

Amazing company that stands for freedom. Proud to have this company in Savannah, GA! The storefront is a beautiful display of their recent apparel. Pro tip: They have side walk sales throughout the year. You can find out their sale schedule on their social media! I got a hoodie for $15! read more

Veteran owned and operated! Nine Line has a wide selection of apparel for men, woman, children and items for your dog. The store is clean, bright and very well organized. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I love that they produce everything in-house. You can look through the windows to the production floor and see the magic happening! They create some awesome seasonal graphics, too. Don't see exactly what you're looking for? They have a self-serve kiosk with graphics pre-loaded. You can design your own one-of-a-kind shirt! They also have a coffee shop in the store - the perfect stop to grab a drink and do a little remote work. read more

Love this line! My mom and I stopped in here with my kiddos on a road trip because she had heard about Black Rifle being American Owned and wanted to get a cup of coffee to support. We ended up grabbing some gifts at Nine Line along the way. Great quality apparel as well as other odds and ends gifts. I ended up with some Good Valentine's Day gifts for my husband and a cute sweater and onesie for the baby. F*ck Your Sleep. And, while you're at it, Kill Your Local Pedofile". We loved the catch phrases on the apparel. All the shirts and sweats were all great quality materials so it was hard to not leave with something! The prices are also very reasonable so you can leave without getting at least a gift, if not something for yourself (and the rest of the family). read more

Kept adding to my cart to get the free shipping. The website said $70.00 and over was free and that I had unlocked all rewards (Free Shipping). I tried checking out a cart over $70 after the discount code was deducted and it added $7 to my order for shipping. Lost a sale and maybe a customer. read more

Ordered a shirt for my retired marine husband. Three weeks and it has't shipped. we love a good veteran owned company and love to support vets. the customer service is deplorable. No shirt, they have my money, and are just lying to me via email now. Don't waste your time with this company anymore, not worth it. read more

I ordered a hoodie for my brothers birthday who's a vet on the 13th. When I purchased the order from the website, The order showed 3-4 business days. Took almost a month to get ONE shirt. The shirt is a super cute design - I'll give one star for that, but the shirt is paper thin material. I'm just shocked. Completely different quality/experience than GRUNT Style, but thought I'd try. Won't order again from this company. read more

I used to visit you when you were tiny on presidents street... Congratulations Nine Line you have reached the big time. Your designs are not nearly what they were... Do people really want a t shirt with a golden retriever on the front or Pooh bear??? Not very patriotic for a veteran... You shirts have also gone from 100% cotton to a 50/50 blend and are so thin you can see through them... Also why are you relentlessly patriotic with shirt assembled in a third world country... How the mighty have fallen... Good luck... read more

I can't say enough good things about this company. For starters, the orders are always correct , the quality is remarkable, customer service (Karrie Formicola ) treated me like a good friend while exchanging a shirt. Even sending heart felt emails of encouragement, regarding our telephone conversation regarding a issue I was dealing with personally. Not to forget what this company is ALL about....those who kept us safe here in the states along with those whom gave their life's for OUR freedom. Thank u!!!‍ read more

Poor material, previously made from 100% cotton & was made in USA, not true. Pictures of tee shirts show what appears as long length, but not true. Picture can be cut off above the bottom rolled material for a truer length indication. read more

I purchased a limited run hoodie and tshirt. The hoodie had a decent size hole in the pocket, right out of the bag. I emailed customer service immediately. I have been getting the run around for almost a month now. These guys have been around for a long time. This is my first purchase but I have looked at their products in the store before. The quality has gone down hill tremendously. Do not buy from them. Their "got your six" guarantee, is a joke. They don't refund anything and don't replace anything. Hands down some of the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. They have also removed the ability to review them from their website. read more

Ordered some shirts for the 4th of July. Based on their published 3-5 business days to make, I assumed 17 days should have been enough time to make and ship in order to get here in time. It took more than 10 days for the order to have a shipping label created and will now arrive on July 5th. read more

First time here and wow what a place to visit if your ever in the area. My daughters really picky with shirts she wants to wear but if it's Nine Line she's like ya I'll wear almost anything. Way too many choices but I did end up making a decision that she will love. The staff here are younger but very helpful with answering questions u have. Judging by the size of this place it must be the Mothership for the brand because it's Massive. I'll for sure be back read more

Wow, those billboards on the side of 95 work lol. We saw a billboard heading north for the coffee place attached to this store. We wanted to stop for coffee so of course we would check out this store. The company is support to our Vets and that sells me every time no matter what since I have several in my family. The store has all sorts of items with varied logos on them. I mean they have almost everything you can imagine sold here. Sweatshirts, tshirts, tanks, hunting knives, water bottles, dog leashes & collars, jewelry, hats, etc. I browsed the store while I was waiting for my coffee and picked out some items I liked. Since we had the dog with us, we took turns browsing the store. Hubs picked out a sweatshirt and described it to me so when I went back in to get what I wanted, I could get both. Also, check in on Yelp and you get a sweet discount dude! I picked out a camo sweatshirt that had those super wide cut off collars and hubs picked out a sweatshirt that read coffee in the shape of a gun. It was expensive but that's because it has a pocket to hold your beer lol. I went to the register to pay and it took some time for the kids to attend to me. Finally one of them I enthusiastically offered to ring me up. I showed my Yelp check in and received 25% off the items! So I saved a lot. She told me in a monotone voiCe to have a nice day and I left. I found a sticker and koozie in the bag when we unpacked, which was awesome! We are planning to visit again on our next road trip! It appeared they also had some festival going on outside. There was a stage with live bands, helicopter rides, and food I believe. The stop was definitely worth it. read more

I really enjoy the online store but was very impressed with the brick and mortar store. Plenty of options of clothes, jackets, tactical gear, baby item, cups, metal art , coffee and anything else you need for Christmas or birthday gifts. I even got a new sticker for my Jeep. The clothing is good quality and not very overpriced. The Black Rifle Coffee Cafe inside draws you in with the best aroma. They even have pastries, sandwiches and grinds coffee on site. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the different beans offered. Respect for the military veteran and first responders was very appreciated and evident. I highly recommend stopping by! read more

First I've written 2 reviews on their and both were DELETED and not shown because they weren't 5 stars, that makes me so mad, at the very least show both the good and the bad. I purchased 2 shirts after reading about the company and if we need it we should make it here. The long dissertation about bleeding red, white and blue, the owners own service to our country and all the good organizations they support, I thought I finally found a great USA company to get USA apparel. I couldn't believe when I got my shirt that it says designed and printed in the U.S. manufactured in Nicaragua. Every company seems to do this with the bait and switch, while I am so happy that the company employs veterans and helps soldiers, I think given your statements, is even more important your apparel is actually made in the U.S. it should definitely be more transparent that they are not actually manufactured in America, so many people are expecting that to be the case. I would've considered ordering from your company again despite this because of the work you do but deleting my reviews, that's not acceptable. read more

It's a must when traveling on I-95. The staff are all really nice. Discounts for first responders and military. I've been here a few times and haven't been disappointed. Black rifle coffee is the best and damn sure the strongest. This visit I got one shirt. The selection was a little lacking (was looking for something law enforcement related) and the prices are up there. I definitely don't have a problem paying but look for sponsors with discount codes on social media. Overall the coffee and service was excellent. read more

Stopped in here to look for a tactical squatch shirt my husband wanted. This place is kind of in the middle of nowhere, but it's huge and has a ton of cool things to buy and a Black Rifle Coffee cafe inside. If you check in on Yelp, you get a free drip coffee. I found a cute St Patty's shirt and a lady's nine line shirt as well. I was a little disappointed they didn't have more options for women or more sizes. They mostly went from Small to XXL. Which means they should probably order more of the middle sizes. They give a discount to police, fire, and military personnel. read more

This apparel shop is definitely worth the stop, especially if you are military or have family in the military. They provide you with a nice percentage off your purchases which makes buying from them quite fun. During the holiday's they have nice seasonal shirt to choose from, I picked one up of Santa saying he wants you to have a great Christmas. The t-shirt is made from some great quality and the size is perfect (i.e., medium.) I highly recommend a stop here if you're looking for some cool t-shirts and other military-related products. read more

I placed an order on July 7 and have emailed them a few times, but I keep getting the same response that the Customer Service Manager will ensure the order is processed. I saw their story on Fox News that the owner was a veteran owned business and they were making protective masks for COVID-19 at their costs. So I decided to support them. The order took about two weeks to arrive and the packaging was dirty and covered in some sort of white residue all over. Opened the package and the masks were ridiculously thin material and you can tell very cheaply made and formed. After using once I have noticed the mask material tends to roll around my face and does not fit properly. Bought the ten pack for about over $6 but shipping was almost $7. I feel really bad because I even sent their link to most of my family and everyone is just as disappointed in the masks. I'm actually afraid of walking it they are so thin. I get it the company wants to help out but in this case they really are not. read more

My wife and I have purchased from Nine Line a few times over the past year. She even gifted me a subscription last Christmas. This year we ordered the first week of December for Christmas gifts. As of 01/06 (2 weeks after the holiday) we have yet to receive our package. Last week we were promised a shipping date and a response. 3 days later... again no response. What we thought was a great organization appears to no live up to the reputation of taking care of their paying customers. What gives Nine Line? read more

I'm so sad to write this review. I made an order for Christmas in 12/2 and it's 30 days and noone knows where it's at nor will assist at Nineline. I have called their customer service twice with NO apologies. I own a business and understand shipping. But when you order something for a loved one- at least say "sorry you are experiencing this". No all they said is call usps it's their fault. Well in the end- it's your business that you choose to use USPS and we are no longer supporters of Nineline. Terrible Customer Service. read more

I ordered a sweatshirt and t-shirt on July 2 with an estimated ship date of July 5-7. Today, after 19 days, 3 emails, and 3 phone calls, I finally asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. I finally talked with someone in customer service who could see my email requests, but she said she was not able to see, or give me, any information that might explain the delay or when I could expect the ordered items. As a military family with a son currently deployed, I wanted to be able to support a veteran-owned company. Still, my experience with NineLine is beyond disappointing and has been a very frustrating experience. read more

Horrible customer service ordered a shirt on September 2 after two weeks of not hearing anything I finally sent an email two more days later I got a response saying oh yeah our mistake someone will be in contact with you shortly with the shipping number. A week later still nothing not even a status of the order. Finally I emailed back customer service and threatened to file a fraud claim with my credit card company and I'd like to cancel my order and magically the order got shipped out immediately. I'm not completely convinced this isn't a scam company that's using patriotic customers and the umbrella of veteran owned to steal from people. I would be very cautious of ordering anything from this company online. read more

This is the 2nd time I have ordered from them. The first order I had to cancel because it had been a month and a half and still it said unfulfilled. So, I decided to give them another chance... We stopped at the one on River St & didn't end up buying anything, but my husband couldn't pass it up again off I-95. What a sweet store, especially as a first responder family. My husband wanted a certain shirt that had a logo on the front & wished it was on the back (he prefers it on the back, lol) he asked the male cashier if they did custom shirts & he nicely said yes! My husband explained he would want the design on the back & a sweet girl took it in the back & said they could do it for him. 20 minutes later it was done & he was so happy (he put it on in the parking lot lol) he even got a compliment on it a few hours later. So nice to support this business, & helps that their customer service is stellar. 10/10! Thank you Nine Line!! read more

Get Back to Basics! Apparel is cool, very patriotic. Extremely patriotic? Not sure what all that means? Only 1 shared m/w bathroom in the entire building... and it is filthy! I chose to not wash my hands, because I didn't want to touch the facet. Do Better! Represent the military better. Did you have inspections in Basic or Boot Camp?
