I purchased a limited run hoodie and tshirt. The hoodie had a decent size hole in the pocket, right out of the bag. I emailed customer service immediately. I have been getting the run around for almost a month now. These guys have been around for a long time. This is my first purchase but I have looked at their products in the store before. The quality has gone down hill tremendously. Do not buy from them. Their "got your six" guarantee, is a joke. They don't refund anything and don't replace anything. I couldn't believe when I got my shirt that it says designed and printed in the U.S. manufactured in Nicaragua. Every company seems to do this with the bait and switch, while I am so happy that the company employs veterans and helps soldiers, I think given your statements, is even more important your apparel is actually made in the U.S. it should definitely be more transparent that they are not actually manufactured in America, so many people are expecting that to be the case. Wow, those billboards on the side of 95 work lol. We saw a billboard heading north for the coffee place attached to this store. We wanted to stop for coffee so of course we would check out this store. The company is support to our Vets and that sells me every time no matter what since I have several in my family. The store has all sorts of items with varied logos on them. I mean they have almost everything you can imagine sold here. Sweatshirts, tshirts, tanks, hunting knives, water bottles, dog leashes & collars, jewelry, hats, etc. I browsed the store while I was waiting for my coffee and picked out some items I liked. Since we had the dog with us, we took turns browsing the store. Hubs picked out a sweatshirt and described it to me so when I went back in to get what I wanted, I could get both. Also, check in on Yelp and you get a sweet discount dude! I picked out a camo sweatshirt that had those super wide cut off collars and hubs picked out a sweatshirt that read coffee in the shape of a gun. It was expensive but that's because it has a pocket to hold your beer lol. I went to the register to pay and it took some time for the kids to attend to me. Finally one of them I enthusiastically offered to ring me up. I showed my Yelp check in and received 25% off the items! So I saved a lot. She told me in a monotone voiCe to have a nice day and I left. I found a sticker and koozie in the bag when we unpacked, which was awesome! We are planning to visit again on our next road trip! I really enjoy the online store but was very impressed with the brick and mortar store. Plenty of options of clothes, jackets, tactical gear, baby item, cups, metal art , coffee and anything else you need for Christmas or birthday gifts. I even got a new sticker for my Jeep. The clothing is good quality and not very overpriced. The Black Rifle Coffee Cafe inside draws you in with the best aroma. They even have pastries, sandwiches and grinds coffee on site. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about the different beans offered. Respect for the military veteran and first responders was very appreciated and evident. It's a must when traveling on I-95. The staff are all really nice. Discounts for first responders and military. I've been here a few times and haven't been disappointed. Black rifle coffee is the best and damn sure the strongest. This visit I got one shirt. The selection was a little lacking (was looking for something law enforcement related) and the prices are up there. This place is kind of in the middle of nowhere, but it's huge and has a ton of cool things to buy and a Black Rifle Coffee cafe inside. If you check in on Yelp, you get a free drip coffee. I found a cute St Patty's shirt and a lady's nine line shirt as well. I was a little disappointed they didn't have more options for women or more sizes. They mostly went from Small to XXL. I'm so sad to write this review. I made an order for Christmas in 12/2 and it's 30 days and noone knows where it's at nor will assist at Nineline. I have called their customer service twice with NO apologies. I own a business and understand shipping. But when you order something for a loved one- at least say "sorry you are experiencing this". They provide you with a nice percentage off your purchases which makes buying from them quite fun. During the holiday's they have nice seasonal shirt to choose from, I picked one up of Santa saying he wants you to have a great Christmas. The t-shirt is made from some great quality and the size is perfect (i.e., medium.) I ordered a sweatshirt and t-shirt on July 2 with an estimated ship date of July 5-7. Today, after 19 days, 3 emails, and 3 phone calls, I finally asked them to cancel the order and refund my money. I finally talked with someone in customer service who could see my email requests, but she said she was not able to see, or give me, any information that might explain the delay or when I could expect the ordered items. As a military family with a son currently deployed, I wanted to be able to support a veteran-owned company. Horrible customer service ordered a shirt on September 2 after two weeks of not hearing anything I finally sent an email two more days later I got a response saying oh yeah our mistake someone will be in contact with you shortly with the shipping number. A week later still nothing not even a status of the order. Finally I emailed back customer service and threatened to file a fraud claim with my credit card company and I'd like to cancel my order and magically the order got shipped out immediately. We stopped at the one on River St & didn't end up buying anything, but my husband couldn't pass it up again off I-95. What a sweet store, especially as a first responder family. My husband wanted a certain shirt that had a logo on the front & wished it was on the back (he prefers it on the back, lol) he asked the male cashier if they did custom shirts & he nicely said yes! My husband explained he would want the design on the back & a sweet girl took it in the back & said they could do it for him. 20 minutes later it was done & he was so happy (he put it on in the parking lot lol) he even got a compliment on it a few hours later. When you have been a loyal customer for over a year and signed up as a patriots club and use the discount they offer you. They will put on the declaration form the full amount so you have to pay customs in Canada. Not based of the actual amount you paid.
