It was the first time I ever step foot in a Walmart Superstore. I was in awe as I was able to get food items along with clothing, and other necessities. It took me awhile to find some items thankfully the workers steered me in the right direction. Since then I have been at other Walmart Supercenter. This by far is one of the better ones. read more

Asked for price match with the Walmart app, but the cashier somehow didn't do it. Asked for a manager and was first told all managers were gone. Finally I managed to find a manager (whose name is Nelly); she apologized but said nothing could be done tonight, as they've closed all the customer service desks (it's 7:30 pm, and the store won't close until 8:30 pm). Where to begin. Spent 30 minutes looking for birthday gift for our nephew. Now you get up front and there are only to have 2 full service checkouts working and the self-service one. Of course all of them had at least 20 people standing in line. My wife used the self serve line and was expected to show here recept on the way out. She declined. Final reason to not shop Walmart anymore. Huge pick up order snafu this evening! At least a dozen other people with the same issue. Delayed order pickup. No specific time to pick up. Finally get a text that it is ready, drive immediately to the store 15 minutes maximum time to arrival. Phones are done to alert to arrival. App is down. Can't alert to arrival. Knock on pickup door, they won't open door. Go inside store, manager won't come out of office and talk to me. Called corporate to get refund and alert to issue. Shopping elsewhere forever. read more

Everything even basic items like razors and undergarments are locked behind glass and it's really hard to find someone to unlock them and if you do find someone they're usually busy which makes me think understaffed. This is the closest Walmart to me so I hope they clean up a bit to make the shopping experience there less annoying. read more

This Walmart is the closest grocery/mega store nearest to residents that live on highway 17. There is nothing lavish about this store but you can get what you need. The produce is generally picked over so make sure you stop in while the store is trying to restock. The employees are scarce but that shouldn't be a surprise it's Walmart. Other everyday products (I.e., clothing and body products) are becoming better quality with the years. The outer appearance has gotten a small facelift (new signs inside and outside) and the self-checkout has done a major upgrade! I love going through self check out they even have a scan gun. If this isn't your forte good luck going through a traditional check out line. This is just a typical Walmart nothing spectacular but you can get what you need. Overall this store deserves a C. The store has a large variety and reasonable prices. The parking lot is hectic and customers are always in a rush, employees are scarce, and produce isn't always the best quality. read more

Horrible!!!! I ordered my groceries for pick up, I couldn't find where to go to pick up my groceries to begin with, then when I finally found where to go, I waited almost 30 minutes for them to bring them to my trunk. Instead of placing the bags into my trunk the girl just took the tote and literally dumped it in! I wouldn't have been mad if I didn't have quite a few glass jars and lots of what was supposed to be fresh fruits and vegetables. Then when I get home to bring everything in my house, not only do I have to get everything back into bags but all of my fruits and vegetables were spoiled, a day from spoiling, or destroyed in my trunk. I don't think I'll ever get groceries online from this location ever again! read more

Seriously, I need a 0 stars option. They post signs everywhere advertising pick up service. First, unlike target it is not drive up. Okay fine, you would expect it to be near where they tel you to park, right?? NO it is clear on the other side of the store in the back corner. Ok that sucks but fine whatever, then you get to the counter and there is no one there! I waiting 28 minutes for someone to come to the counter. I asked 4 Walmart employees who walked by for help, no help at all they just shrugged and walked off! Just go to Target or Amazon. This Walmart is HORRIBLE! I was shopping there today and came across a bag of Walmart brand Great Value hot dog buns that still had a good expiration date but was all moldy!!! It's not the first time either- I've bought homemade bread from there bakery and found mold in that too as well as a fruit fly flying around in the bag. Management didn't care. Never again! Purchased an fish tank as a Christmas gift. I was told that it was on sale because of the condition of the box. I opened it to put together so it will be up and operational by Christmas Eve. Missing SEVERAL peace's. Now I have fish, but no working tank to put them in. Went to the store, they had 30 minutes until close. I explained that this was a time sensitive issue. I let them know that I just need to exchange it out ASAP so I have a working tank to put my fish in. This was also a gift that needed to be put together tonight because I am getting on the road tomorrow and wont be here. The two service people lacked any empathy and simply said there was no one that could help me and I would have to come back another day. If I were you I would go to any other store but this one! This Walmart use to be a nice place to shop but now noooo they don't give a hoot about anything the people who work their somedo if your lucky to find one that actually cares will help but most they show up for a pay check and that's it and to basically hangout. I've been regularly shopping here over the last few months, and it's really been a standard experience. Any time I've asked where something is, I've been helped by a friendly employee. The layout is also pretty typical. Grocery pickup here has been great! I've used it three or four times at this location so far, and each time it was perfect. They pick great produce, and have never been really busy during your scheduled time. If you haven't tried this service yet, do it! It's such a time saver! read more

Not really a wal-mart fan due to the high traffic of rude shoppers. Now prices of wal mart you can't really match anywhere else so when I have to go I make sure I have a plan of what I am getting and beat feet out as high traffic shoppers seem to stand in the way as well as try to run you over as if you're invisible. The workers are good tho door greeters great you with the smile on they're face as well as greet you when leave. But what I don't really enjoy from this store is they seem to decide to re stock during the rush hour of shoppers from 12-2. Now I appreciate them making sure the shelves are stocked but it takes time away from myself and others who are attempting to make a quick purchase. Overall I'll be returning due to this is the closes store to my house within the savannah area to not be stuck in traffic. read more

This Walmart is a sad example of a department store! Their shelves were not stocked with product and overall extremy dirty. The worst part? As I was standing in line at the checkout lane, a cockroach crawled across the floor to the coke cooler! I follow it over and noticed that the cooler was INFESTED with roaches! Talk about disgusting! They were crawling all through the cooler and I watched another one crawl in behind the register next to me. Needless to say, I WILL NOT be back to this store. Horrible cleanliness standards and even worse that its infested with cockroaches. This was a short distance from my home, but I will be driving further to a much cleaner and well-stocked store. We've been sitting in the grocery pickup for over an hour. The girl working here has brought out only THREE orders in that amount of time. My five year old could do a better job. We called and the manager did not answer. People who are lazy humans park in the designated grocery pick up spots and then go in to shop because they're too lazy to walk a few more steps. Just recently I took my car to the auto center and bought a tire from them to change out the spare but they said since it's 30 minutes until we close we're not putting on that tire. They were more focused on closing down than helping anybody with anything. And while all this is going on all the workers had a nasty attitude. Lazy, incompetent workers on who want to get paid without doing their job. Wouldn't bring your wives or daughters here to get their car worked on because they might just have to do it themselves too. read more

Do not shop here. There is always a problem with the self check out machines. I know this is Walmart and not publix or target, but the customer service is nonexistent. Kia the manager acted as though I was the problem when her older employee refused to help me with an issue. There is constantly stuff partially blocking aisles, like crates and palettes. Don't trust the produce section. It is not fresh. And in the beverage section there is always a slight scent of old urine. Please save yourself some frustration and increased blood pressure, and drive a couple miles down to Kroger. Or to the Pooler Walmart. read more

Cleaner than I expected but the bathrooms were pretty bad. Otherwise it seemed like a decent Walmart. We came to have our car worked on (tires put on) and they said they would have it done in a maximum of 1 1/2 hours. We went to a Walmart not far to pick up a tire because they only had 3 at this Walmart and they were more than happy to put it on. The other Walmart had a wait time of 3 hours. We went in the Blimpie inside which was pretty clean and the food was fine. Had no real problems with the Walmart other than unclean restrooms. read more

I am one to give multiple chances and give a benefit of the doubt. This Walmart by far is the WORSE one I've ever been to or experienced. EVERY time we go to the money center the computers are down. I can go to any other Walmart and this NEVER happens. You order online they Take FOREVER to get you your orders. Curbside is available they say. You get there thats a lie. Two cash registers open. If that. Nine times out of ten they don't take cash. Something is always wrong with the cash dispensers in self check out. You ask a manager for help you wait 30 minutes or they are no where to be found. We drive 30 minutes further just to shop somewhere else and only shop there now unless it's an emergency. This place NEEDS to be reported to this highest corporate possible. If it was a one time problem it would be okay. The frustration of those who shop here is evident. You wait in line behind 14 people at time. One night we waited 40 minutes in one line.after dumping out an entire cart. Went to pay. They didn't take cash. No signs up no nothing. Went to another line waited again 25 minutes the card machine was broken. Only two registers open. We had to walk out with my daughter crying. I've only written three bad reviews in my life but this place needs a total overhaul. read more

NOT ALL WALMARTS ARE CREATED EQUAL! This walmart is dirty and typically unorganised. Staff are not friendly or inviting. They can be helpful if approached but most of the time, they seem irritated to be even asked for assistance. the lines are also very long with many of the registers closed. read more
