Got the mattress, set it up and that night we had the worse sleep. The mattress we purchased lacked the same quantity as the one I had bought the previous year. It was like sleeping on a hard board with no cushion. We went back to the store in Applevalley, Mn where we purchased the mattress and was told we could not return it unless we could prove it was not the made correctly ( no topper ). How does one prove that? It clearly had the topper only the amount of cushion that was upon the displayed mattress in the store was not what my boyfriend received and it was not the same quality as the identical mattress I purchased the year before. We are still sleeping on this mattress and have had to order online an expensive mattress topper to add on top of our mattress as the Mattress Factory refused to allow us to return or exchange the faulty mattress we bought not 6 months ago! Needless to say? Although disappointed as the mattress I purchased in 2024 was a dream, I will no longer be purchasing my mattress from this company again.

Having no return policy is a non-starter for this type of business. This is why places in the same Apple Valley area like Mattress Firm, Becker Mattress, and Sleep Number ALL have return policies. The store is run by a family who care about their customers & will look out for them. This place is a huge warehouse full of couches, living room furniture, beds, tables, and more. The stock on the floor is all brand new and at outlet pricing -- their stock fluctuates and is never guaranteed, so if you like something you better pick it up! You can check their facebook to do a little browsing but I highly recommend coming in to browse and sit in the furniture before you make a decision. One thing that really sold us on this place was the financing that was offered. It's something like 100 days with no extra fees to pay off your furniture -- after that marked date there's a pretty big markup. Here's the really nice part: the guy who owns the place will help you figure out if the piece you're looking at financing is a good financial move for you. He'll help you calculate what your monthly payments would work out to be and even advises you not to buy something if you can't pay it off within the time before the extra markup kicks in. You can tell that he cares about the customers and wants them to have a good experience. I appreciate that SO MUCH. We love our couch and actually just paid it off this week. It fits perfectly in our house - the store has measuring tape for you to borrow - and really elevates our living room. We paid probably $60-$80 for delivery from this location to St Louis Park. I moved on from my rug to choose my custom couch. The order was entered so I assumed all was good - yay! Nope! One week after ordering, I received a phone call stating the material I chose was no longer available and I needed to make another selection - which also meant changing my four accent pillows and returning the rug that I had purchased elsewhere. Lastly, our recliners were standard (non-custom) orders. We were given a delivery date of up to 12-15 weeks out! Because we were exhausted in this purchasing process, we agreed. Now, here I am....15 weeks out with no update. I called to check on the status of our order, only to learn it has been pushed out another 6-8 weeks - for STANDARD recliners! Prepare yourself for what appears to be great variety and selection in their showroom, but then learning, it really isn't an option, as well as 5-6 months to get your order!
