While I think they did a good job and I like their products, they were super expensive and I still had 14 more windows that needed to be replaced. In May of this year I started to seriously consider getting the rest replaced. Enter Alpine Exteriors. They provided the third bid and landed in the middle price wise. They were considerably less expensive than Champion (no surprise) and slightly more expensive than a no name company that came out selling cheap quality windows. But Alpine Exteriors quality, service, and selection really stood out. I met with the owner, Hiram Molloy, at my home and there was zero sales pressure and no games. He has access to a number of different windows at all different price points, so he was able to find something in my budget and a quality I was happy with. They were installed a couple weeks ago and that was the real test. I'm pretty OCD and I want perfection. I'm never fully satisfied because that would be impossible, but the installers did a nice job. They were friendly and detail oriented. I asked a lot of questions and spent a fair amount of time watching the install and they were courteous and obviously knew what they were doing. They also cleaned up the mess and used preventative measures around my furniture to keep the mess at a minimum. Upon final cleanup they collected all the stickers from the windows and placed them on copy paper so I could apply for the rebate. Hiram followed through on his promise and mailed me all the rebate paperwork with instructions. If you are looking for a quality window company that offers a competitive price and does what they say they are going to do, look no further than Alpine Exteriors.

I have repeated problems with 3 windows that were replaced some years back, they have had to be…read morereplaced twice because they were put in backwards. The wood around them is now warping, apparently the installer caulked in the peephole. Again, 2 kids came out, changed out bottom peephole, used a ton of caulking and actually took the liberty to cut the wood out in odd little squares. I have been trying to get them back to fix the mess for weeks. The guy I have talked to is arrogant and condescending. Such a bad experience with Homestar, Milgards windows are great, Homestar installation, etc is not. At 71, I do not deserve to be treated like this, sick to my stomach, just hire some competent help and remember who you are working for, the customer.​​​​​​​

Alexi did an outstanding job repairing my damaged interior door frame in Olympus Cove. The frame…read morewas bent and cracked after I had to force the door open (long story involving my dogs locking themselves in with my phone and laptop ). I sent him photos, and he quickly quoted a fair fixed price. He showed up on time, worked efficiently, and fixed everything perfectly - realigned the frame, patched the drywall, sanded, and painted so it looks brand new. He even added two inexpensive reinforcement pieces to the strike plate area to make the door more secure and prevent future issues. Total cost was totally reasonable for the quality and speed. Alexi was professional, friendly, and clearly knows his stuff. The whole repair was done exactly as promised, and he left everything clean. I couldn't be happier with the result. In addition he found that the frame on one of the windows was cracked and needed to be replaced so he ordered a replacement. This whole process started in May 2022. In August he finished the replacement except for the cracked frame. The window are fine and I paid him for them. However I am still waiting for the cracked frame to be replaced which he said was ordered in June. Since I paid him at the beginning of August he no longer returns phone calls or text messages and it will be October in a few days . If it wasn't for ghosting me after payment I would have provided 5 stars. Very poor customer follow up.

We've had the windows now for over a year and they're still perfect. They're way more high quality than the two windows installed a few years prior for twice the cost. Our front door was rotted and awful when we bought the house and after much shopping around we decided on Peach Building Products for our new entryway. We went down to their showroom and picked out the door we wanted. Jeremy was amazing from beginning to end. He listened to what we wanted and when they didn't make a transom in the style of glass we wanted he designed and built us a custom transom using a tall door glass laid sideways. He was concerned that the glass would not line up "perfectly" to the sidelights and that it would be off about 1/4" - 1/2" on each side. You can hardly tell as he did such a great job. After installation, he turned us on to the stain professionals that stained it to look just like wood. During installation, they found a problem with the concrete but fixed it and didn't charge us any additional above his original quote. I get compliments all the time on our lovely new front entryway. I highly recommend Jeremy and his team of professionals. Great job!
