We purchased some loose lay vinyl flooring that I installed myself. We have appreciated its look and how easy it is to care for. It still looks great! Two months ago, a copper pressure pipe in our home began leaking in the wall and down into the subfloor. After removing the damaged subflooring and thoroughly drying things out, the new underlayment was installed. I reinstalled the same loose lay flooring pieces that covered the wet underlayment with new molding. Now with paint on the molding it looks just like it did in 2019! I am a finished carpenter and found that laying the flooring myself was very easy. Brent was very knowledgeable and sold us on loose lay flooring as an amazing product. It took a disaster and came back looking great! I am thoroughly pleased with this product. David H

Whether it has been finishing a huge basement, remodeling an old kitchen, adding an amazing hidden room, crafting a fun kids' bunk room, or completing beautiful bathrooms, Bluerock does it all! The Bluerock team consistently provides high-quality results across all project phases. Not only is their craftsmanship unrivaled, Bluerock also excels in project management. The Bluerock team provides clear and concise pricing and bids. They regularly communicate schedules and budgets. Each of our projects has finished on-time and on-budget--a feat that is almost unheard of in the building/remodeling space. Additionally, Bluerock never failed to let us know which sub contractor or team member would be coming to our project site on any given day and what they would be doing while they were there. This was particularly invaluable during our home remodel that happened while we were still living in the house. We never once worried about Bluerock ghosting us or prioritizing other bigger projects over ours. In fact, the Bluerock team encouraged us to call/text/email with any concern or question at any time. We have loved working with Bluerock and we've been blown away by how beautifully all of our projects have turned out. If you want a home that your friends and family can't stop talking about, you want Bluerock!

Then they would not stay very long and did not get work done as scheduled. Yet, he frequently tried to get us to make another payment. The last time, when we refused, he texted us "Do you want things to get done on time? And quality work?" The next day he didn't come at all, nor did he respond to any phone calls or texts. We were left to schedule other people to finish the work, including redoing some of the drywall that Robert did in a very poor fashion. This cost us more money.

Robert and his crew at Altus Tile (Formally known as R & M Remodel & Repair) went out of their way to get the job done right! You can tell that they really care about the details and the quality of their work they do. I would hire Altus Tile in a second if you want an honest, detailed, affordable company that really cares about their work and making the customer happy. We bought our house, and the first thing we had to change was the tile and shower area in our master bath. We wanted to go with a Grays/whites/metallic colors. We chose Glazed Porcelain Floor and Wall Tile (12 x 24 White/Gray) for the floor and walls. We chose the Stone Grey Limestone Dome Wall Accent Tile as the border around the tile. We chose the Brick Boulevard Stone Stainless Mosaic Wall Tile for back-splash on shower built-in shelf. We chose the River Rock Medley Travertine Mosaic Floor/Wall Tile for the shower floor. I hired them to remodel my master bath, and I am so happy the way it turned out! We didn't change the vanity that came with the house, but with time we will change that to a Double Sink Vanity. I will hire Altus Tile in the near future to remodel my other bathroom. I will also hire them again in the near future to make some upgrades in the kitchen, and living room area. They did such an amazing job that even the company that installed my frame-less glass shower doors was impressed with the tile work they did! He said he can't believe the crappy tile work that he sees so often when installing the frameless glass shower doors, so it's refreshing to see great quality work.

Cleaning was okay but you'll end up spending days trying to find where the cleaners decided to move…read moreyour items. I only requested light cleaning yet they decided my entire house needed to be reorganized without asking or leaving me a roadmap. Three days after their service and I still haven't found everything. They broke a ceramic magnet, they opened personal drawers in the bedrooms and bathrooms and put things in those drawers that weren't even in that room to begin with. But even if they were, they have no business opening personal drawers and invading privacy that way. They unplugged a charger, rolled it up, and forced it into a small drawer on the nightstand. I had trouble opening the drawer because it was jammed in there. They took a string like belt from my dress and tied it in a knot around a throw blanket to make it look cute, which took me forever to undo the knot so that I didn't ruin it for my dress. They unmade the master bed to remake it in a more sloppy manner and then decided the decorative pillows belonged elsewhere in the home. They moved my purse to an entirely different floor in the house, they put electrical cords and sharp objects in my puppy's kennel (he wasn't in there but there but obviously those items don't go there), they put a dirty measuring cup in the utensil drawer, they left the master shower slowly dripping which I didn't discover until hours later. I have yet to find my teeth bite guards that I need at night and were expensive. They decided that an electronic picture frame that was on the nightstand in one of the extra bedrooms should be hung on the wall instead so they found a pushpin and hung the frame. Now I have a small hole in the wall where I didn't want one, which looks like a dirty black spot on the wall now. They rearranged my sofa tables and pictures. I still haven't found the missing pictures in frames that were on those tables. They put my clean clothes in the hamper and folded dirty wash clothes and put them in a clean cloth pile. This list is just the tip of the iceberg, unfortunately. Three days post "cleaning" and I'm still scavenger hunting for my things that should have never been moved by them.

We are confident that what we chose with her help will meet our needs and make us feel more at home in our space. The showroom is thoughtfully organized with sections for kitchen counters, flooring, etc and there is good lighting so you can see everything well. We appreciated being able to see the different options in person with an appointment since sometimes how items appear online is not how they look in real life with regard to texture, shade, and so forth. The bathroom is pristine and the meeting alcoves have comfortable chairs. Overall we would recommend Carpet Diem!
