But more importantly than prices, she and her team are DEPENDABLE. We all know how frustrating it is to work with contractors and they never show up on time and they show up when they want without caring about your schedule. Both times I've worked with Lucy, her team came out on time for EVERYTHING from quote to template to actual installation. Which is especially important on a project like this last one on a very strict time constraint. The quality of workmanship is top notch too. Her team is efficient yet very meticulous in installing your countertops perfectly. I've referred her to some of my friends and they all agreed that Elegant does a great job and at a reasonable price.

This was for a new build! We went through Lowe's to get our…read morecountertops which was bedrock quartz. When it was installed it was not at all like what we picked out. Color was completely in another color. Then the side piece to the stove was cut crooked and when the installers were installing the large piece, they scatched my new microwave. I had a migraine that day and was in my living room and heard them whispering, and now I know why. When contacted they were not going to do Anything to fix what they had done, including installing the right countertop that I had selected. I then went back to Lowes and the manager at the Lehi American Fork store came to my house, said that he could see that it wasn't right and that he was gonna fix it and then did nothing!!! I then emailed five different corporate offices with Lowes and finally had a lady get back to me and I worked with her for 3 months to get the problem fixed, which during all of this, my kitchen was not able to be funct and so I could not use my sink or my dishwasher. It was very inconvenient. If you're working with bedrock courts, do not trust that the sample piece that you pick out will be what you actually get. Make sure you document everything.

The crew showed up right on schedule, protected the surrounding cabinets and floors, and finished the install in a single day no mess, no drama. It's rare to find contractors who blend craftsmanship, clear communication, and fair pricing so well, but Evertops nailed it. We've recommended them to all of our friends, and wouldn't hesitate to do the same for anyone who has a project to do. They're the so responsive, reasonable, fair, and easy to work with. And the work they do is very high quality. Jon and his crew are great at keeping costs within budget and are great at finding solutions to the problem that come up with any project. The first one we worked with them on was a bathroom remodel that we started with a different contractor, but had to change up about a quarter of the way in. Jon rescued the remodel and delivered on our vision within timeline and on budget. They even went back and fixed some issues created by the old contractor without adding to our bid. They also did two amazing custom solutions to accommodate our special requests. And the whole project turned out amazing. The second project was a custom metal fence. The Current Trend crew again did excellent work making the vision we had come through, even though it all had to be fabricated and built from scratch. Forgiveness is divine and so is having a home designed by The Cabinet Gallery! I can tell you from experience, home truly can be a heaven on earth, especially when it's a Cabinet Gallery home. They say the grass is always greener on the other side and now that I live on the other side, I know that it's true! The transformation The Cabinet Gallery made in my home is nothing short of magical. They took an old, outdated, funky layout and created the most beautiful, open, bright, clean and functional space imaginable. I am not exaggerating and I will post before and after photos to prove it. Now that you know I'm speaking the truth here, let me tell you what a joy it was to work with April and her team. I have a hard time with indecision and with all the options and suggestions being offered, I was very much out of my element during the design process. Well, it's a good thing I went to The Cabinet Gallery because they eat, breathe and live cabinet design. April basically held my hand through the entire process and in the end I just handed her the reins and said, "Do your thing." And she did! And it was amazing. I love my house now. I know that's such a first world thing to say and perhaps a bit pretentious. But if you don't walk into your kitchen and instantly feel happy, you need to call The Cabinet Gallery so they can work their magic. It's a beautiful thing. Thank you April, Rhett, Andrey, Marcel, Admin, Travis, Andrew, and everyone at The Cabinet Gallery. I no longer covet my neighbor's kitchen. But I do like their car....
