How she loves it and said it's very durable. I asked Connie how often slabs break she said only 1 Granite slab has broken. We purchased 2 Super white slabs from MSI a Vendor they referred us too. Both slabs broke. The first attempt at installing the 1st slab had a 2 foot fissure to the right of the sink. The installer said it's broken and can't install any part of it. Rock tops replaced 1st slab at no cost to us. They came out again for the 2nd install and when the 2nd slab was installed. It broke at installation. This time a 4 foot break all the way in a diagonal line above the cooktop. Right at eye level which is so disappointing because it's front and center and the main focal point of kitchen. When the Manager came out after the installation to see the 2nd break. Confirmed it was broke by running a credit card over it proving it was not smooth. Took a picture said he was going to talk to installers The manager then said it's basically Sandstone. He said this stuff gets fissures/breaks all the time. This is very normal. Complete opposite to what Connie said. Then tried to shift that the 2 mil it's not as durable. I said well you shouldn't sell it if you feel this way. They moved the seam with the counter top where the first slab broke by the sink. Where they ended up putting the seam and how it looks is VISUALLY unappealing. Some of the seams are extremely chipped and jagged. They did send a team to fix and although it's smooth to touch it's chipped all the way from front to back of the countertop and looks unprofessional.Above the cooktop it's now smooth but the finish is gone and have swirl makes from grinding it smooth. The break is not fixable. We have new fissures on the countertop and the caulking behind the sink is coming out. This is worrisome because it's behind the sink and gets wet so it will turn to black mold. So do yourself a favor and go with a company that does what they say and stands behind their work. Not a company that has you sign they are Not liable if any damages occur before or after. Currently in legal advice.

The quality control here is non-existent. We have to re-do as much of it as we can - it'll cost a ton of money and be a huge time sink. An absolute nightmare

Which is especially important on a project like this last one on a very strict time constraint. The quality of workmanship is top notch too. As today we have received only part of the cabinets and no countertop. Sanels has constantly lied about being able to fulfill the order. We contacted their countertop contractor and they stated that Sanels had said they were going with a different vendor though Sanels had informed us they had already placed an order with this countertop provider. Sanels has you pay for the entire order up front and does not deliver product. It would appear they are operating some sort of Ponzi scheme as they take your money will not deliver products. Go with anyone else but these guys. Their office in Phoenix has an F BBB rating and the Sandy office as a D+. These guys are shady and not to be trusted.

The sales rep Brayden Day (who has since left the company due to their "lack of accountability to their customers" confirmed in writing, that the cabinets would take "3-4 weeks from the time we ordered them from Phoenix, to arrive in Utah". So they should have arrived in Sandy by 11/11/22. They did not..and still haven't! During this 9 week delay, I have called, emailed, texted Joe Darger and Amber Freeze (I'm unsure of Amber's last name spelling, as she refused to reply with the spelling but have been told she "runs Phoenix Warehouse Operations"), pleading for our cabinets. On 12/12/22 Amber advised Brayden (who was still trying to help me after leaving the company bc the Utah employee Jordan Darger: who took over Brayden's customers but wouldn't reply to my emails or calls) that our cabinets would ship to Utah by 12/16/22. She did not ship them. Then, Amber had Joe advise me on 12/21/22, that the cabinets would arrive in Sandy on 12/27 or 12/28. She did not ship them. Then, Amber advised me on a 1/3/23 call, that our cabinets would arrive in Sandy by 1/6/23. She did not ship them. Amber lied multiple times in a text chain between her, Joe Darger and I on 1/7/23 regarding our cabinets' whereabouts and the false updates she's given (listed above). I have every email, text, and even call follow-ups documented. Both Joe and Amber were advised in writing on 1/7/23 that a BBB complaint (and social media complaints) would be launched if they couldn't get the cabinets shipped to us on the 1/9/23 truck.. I pleaded for confirmation and names/numbers of contacts to help me. No confirmation (or contact #s) have been provided still.

He ended up finding exactly what I was looking for. Dwight is easy to get ahold of, which makes him feel like a unicorn in the home improvement industry. He and his team have a well-practiced method for precisely measuring the countertop space and creating beautiful countertops. We did have a brief hiccup in communication when Dwight went out of town, which ended up pushing our install date out a couple days (and we almost deconstructed our kitchen a few days too soon), but we were back in touch quickly and everything worked out. He had a worker that had a metric measuring tape without knowledge of how to use it. This worker also wanted to cut a wooden wedge with a Sawzall against my wood kitchen floor. UNBELIEAVABLE!!
