If I could leave a no star review I would. My mom had him install new laminate flooring and this…read moretool let his son install it (under the table). The kid showed up hungover more days than not and USED A HAMMER on the flooring. This broke all the tabs. within a day the floor started to buckle up. The manufacturer of the flooring stated they wouldn't cover the flooring because it was an installation error. The guy came back and took out the floor and used cement to try and level the flooring. within days the cement he laid started to crack and he continued to install flooring over it. to the point that when you walked over the floor you could hear it cracking. my mom had to get her insurance, his insurance, the manufacturer and the Attorney General's consumer protection office involved since this guy denied any responsibility. He then lied to the AG's office about how he tried to help them, but the truth is my mom had to beg and wait weeks to months for him to come back and look at issues. highly would NOT recommend.
