Technician was friendly and knowledgeable and fixed the issue in about 2 minutes. It turns out he installed the unit and had been out the year before for the same thing (there is a safety that often goes out in very hot weather). This could have been done over the phone. Nothing about it in the manual. I was charged $95 just for him to pull into the driveway, and another $98 to push the button. I was never asked if I wanted him to light the pilot or was informed of the charge. I felt a bit blindsided. Very nice guy thought and quick response; I would have them back but will get the charges on the table next time before anyone touches anything.
