History
Established in 1999.
Richers Electric was founded in 1999 by Randy Richers, a young electrician with a strong work ethic, a degree in electrical construction and maintenance from SUNY Delhi, and a genuine desire to serve his community. After gaining valuable hands-on experience in the field, Randy set out to build a business grounded in quality, honesty, and reliability.
What started as a small, local operation has grown steadily over the past 25 years into a respected electrical contracting company serving residential, commercial, and industrial clients throughout Ulster County and the surrounding Mid-Hudson Valley region.
Despite our growth, our values haven’t changed. We remain committed to doing the job right, treating every customer with respect, and staying true to our mission of providing trusted, expert service without the sales pitch. Our long-standing reputation reflects the pride we take in our work and the relationships we've built along the way.
