As a consignor: The young lady running the shop was pleasant and very professional when I scheduled and arrived at my consignment appointment. She was helpful and courteous, and I'm happy with the prices she put on my items. As a shopper: They have a great selection and range of all sorts of stuff at really fair prices. I found some really great values! They happened to have a pair of shoes that I've been wanting for awhile. They are brand new for such a good deal! I'm so so happy! I also found a smoking hot outfit that's perfect on my mom for a total of $16! She's so thrilled with it!! In summation, check out this little gem, tucked away in the countryside if you're a lady or guy who likes to bargain shop! Don't miss the men's section off to the side of the women's department. Yeah, this place is very large! Lots of racks to explore. Be prepared to sort through racks, like at a thrift store. Lots of room means lots of selection. They have a focus on biker gear- Harley stuff and leathers at the front of the store. Explore the interior rooms for cocktail dresses, gowns, fur coats, suits for women, new Uggs, camo/outdoorsman gear. The end.

There was a small divot of the leather that had been gouged out of the top of the toe. It was barely visible from a standing distance, but very obvious when viewed closer. He worked his magic using some type of filler and then applied a professional polish. When I went to pick up the shoes, I couldn't tell which shoe had been repaired, it was that good. His hours are limited, so check before coming

Instead, it is the date the business will receive the garments back in their shop. Really annoying that this was not explained when the garments were dropped off especially after driving from Morgantown to Shillington. Same clerk at counter today and at time of drop off curtly said "that's our policy". Seems to me the better policy would be to give customers the actual pickup date.

They have wonderful customer service (truly, everyone here is very kind) and very fair prices. I won't risk trying a different place for alterations because because every time I've gone here, the work was wonderful, exactly what I asked for, and done in a timely manner. I've had linen pants, work pants, jeans, etc. all altered here and they've all been perfect. I wouldn't recommend going during the holiday season as they are typically swamped with alternations.

I have gone to Kim's for over 20 years and had a good relationship with them. They recently…read morealtered my daughter's party dress. It just needed to be shortened in the hem and straps. Somehow their tailor had a mixed message and completely deconstructed then reconstructed the dress in an odd way. The tag is now under the arm instead of the back and there is a seam running up the front. The dress no longer fits and is now worthless. It was brand new and still had the price tag. I took it back to show them and Mrs. Kim became combative insisting that the dress was like that when I brought it to them. I have photos before of the dress and it clearly was different. There is no question that it was mistakenly altered at their shop. She refused to listen and accused me of upsetting them. After 20 plus years of frequenting their shop, I'm shocked at her reaction. I've now also seen similar negative reviews. Extremely disappointing. I am now out $250 for the ruined dress and alterations which they refused to reimburse. I will never go there again.

Prices are absurdly high compared to online market prices. They had a large selection of sneakers…read moreand clothes but they were all $100+ over the StockX price. They had a small used selection that was just as bad. Why would I pay $50 OVER the market price for a pair of used shoes today when I could wait a week or so and get a brand new pair for cheaper?? The employees were blaring rap music behind the register and did not seem to realize there was even a customer in their store. If you want to buy a pair of Jordans, just buy them online. Don't waste your money here.

Her feet look great, too! She wears athletic shoes every day and everywhere. Most recently she came home with the cutest little black tennis shoes I've ever seen. They're a new brand to me, high performance and quite fashionable. Her otherwise l-o-n-g foot might draw attention to itself, but the cut of the new shoes actually shortens their look while a chubby toe box provides extra wiggle room for -- dare I say it ?!? -- OLD toes! Mother-in-Law doesn't share the secret to her longevity, but I can tell you, she walks laps inside the house (after years upon years of every day walking outdoors) and eats more pickles in a month than I can put away in a year!

The…read morestaff was very dry, but then again, if you are measuring people day in and day out, I guess there is no excitement to really lift your spirits. When I was measured I was under the impression I was purchasing a new tuxedo, however when I picked up my tux that was not the case. The reason why the sell price was unbeatable was because the tux they sold me was basically a rental. My only complaint is while that the tux looks nice, there is significant wear on the insides of the coat and pants. After having my tux dry-cleaned some of the pant hems started to separate, and from normal wear some of my buttons have fallen off. I realize these are little details and can be easily corrected, but it was just a minor in inconvenience and principle. I will however continue to do business with them, I find they are easy to work with and haven't experienced any horror stories to date.
