Scott took a quick look and didn't see anything glaring besides a small missing cork, but said he'd examine it to be sure. We had a really nice conversation during the visit about everything from synthetic reeds to pianos and piano tuners, as both my husband and I had lots of questions (both being musical and having recently relocated to the Lehigh Valley). My clarinet was ready just a few days later, and when I picked it up, it was sparkling clean and had a new cork pad installed to replace the lost one. In addition, my mouthpiece had a mouthpiece saver applied (which i desperately need as i tend to bite way too hard) and a synthetic reed included for me to try. To my surprise, there was no charge for the service or any of the bonus items! What an all-around wonderful experience. I will definitely be back for all my accessories and repair needs going forward, and will highly recommend Nazareth Music Center to all my musical friends. Thank you so much!

(see previous 5 star review) She continues to encourage me, is quite engaging and her knowledge of music theory just boggles my mind. I am learning so much and having so much fun. I'm playing music! Monday lessons are my favorite day of the week. She is patient with me, able to breakdown my technical errors and show me simple remedies to fix these. She is not just teaching me how to play notes, but HOW to play a piece of music .. technically, artistically and the reasons for them. Anyone can bang out notes on a keyboard. SHE makes the piano SING and is showing me the steps to take so I can do this too (someday). She's the WHOLE package. 5 stars is not enough for this artist. Do yourself a favor and learn from her.

I left a…read moreclarinet at Clemmers in June 2024 for an estimate because it was given to me for my son to start playing in fourth grade in September. In August I stopped by Clemmers in person because I couldn't reach anyone by phone for a while or leave a message. The clarinet had lost the claim ticket and instead of an estimate, it was repaired. It is a Selmar instrument. My end of the claim ticket states after 60 days the store can keep the instrument. I paid $375 for repadding and repairs. The mouthpiece was missing so I returned to Clemmers and they gave me a Bundy mouthpiece with a bent ligature. In February when my son added private lessons in addition to group school lessons the teacher said the keys where not making full contact with the body of the instrument. I took it for an assessment in Pottstown and was told the pads were the wrong size and it was not aligned. I wrote to the owner of Clemmers with this information from the second assessment and left my cell number, email address and home address and no one contacted me. Today I had a few minutes so I stopped by on my way home from work and spoke with the owner. He said I should have brought the instrument back and the person who repaired it the second time was not certified to repair it like his wife is. He said she is one of only 24 people people certified in woodwind repairs. So he cant do anything. Which is probably right. Be careful. My interaction with Clemmers was awful starting when I dropped the instrument off for an estimate.

While JB mostly sells vintage acoustic guitars - you need to trust that what he sells will be issue free. Tonight I had one small issue with a recent purchased higher end acoustic guitar. JB immediately didn't try to play a blame game - he said "Let me look at it and I will fix it and make it right or return your money".
