Sales People are sometimes snippy It was suppose to open a 2PM ( Winter Hours) Waited until 3pm..no one showed ( I was picking up one of my guitars) The last straw was when one of my guitar had a warp in the neck, I asked them to adjust it and try and get it to play right. The guy said He could not get it to work and he had 30 years experience. I waited a week for it and they could not fix it. I called Fender Guitars #Vendor# They had me bring it to Guitar Center in Whitehall...The guy worked on it while I was there and had it playing beautifully in no time. Also I notice that the guitar was scratched on the bottom...since it was always in its hard case...I have a feeling this was also something Twin Rivers did. I can't prove it ...But NONE of my guitars are scratched....I keep great care of them, and this was a new guitar! I will not go there again....We are done !!!

My experience with this teacher was horrible. Paul has no patience for a child that might not pay…read moreattention as much as necessary. He has forgotten what it is to be a child or how to win over a child and make a lesson fun. My child had one previous lesson with Paul. It is true that she was not following his directions and his frustration was quite obvious. On my second visit I was appalled by Paul's behavior. Again my child wouldn't sit down on the bench correctly. Verbatim this what occurred next, I quote: "This is not going to work out. Get out of my house NOW, NOW!(Screaming, like I was going to prolong this). I have better things to do than waste my time with your daughter. I don't want to take your money. It is true that my daughter can be difficult when approached in an authoritarian manner. However, my daughter is not yet six and Paul brought my daughter to tears. Surely this behavior was at best inappropriate and says more about the person Paul is than about my daughter. A simple " May I have word with you in private" would be a mature way to part company. Not throwing a 6 year out of your house because you are frustrated. I was horribly offended by his manner and attitude. No way to treat a 6 year old. This man has no patience with young kids. I would stay away from this teacher unless your child has some experience with piano. Definitely not child friendly. Normally I do not post reviews unless something extraordinary happens This is one of those: extraordinarily bad. An apology is in order if this poor excuse for a "teacher" has any understanding of the unnecessary hurt he has caused.

His lesson is so enjoyable, that when my son laughs and practices with him, time just passed so quickly. He knows the art of talking to kids. Some points are critical, but others he just let it go. The pieces he picked is classic and truly beautiful. My son enjoyed them, especially after he could play the complete piece after practice. I would like to say the price of the class is very affordable. Teaching little kids piano is never a easy job. And I highly appreciate how much Mr. Paul Janoski is dedicated to the musical education.

After deciding to try a local music shop, the experience was extremely disappointing. As we entered…read morethe unlocked doors to this music store, we were asked to leave because they were closed. There was no signs stating the store was closed. In fact, the lights were on and people were playing some instruments. I must say though, the woman who asked us to leave was very kind and not rude in anyway. But, it would have been helpful to put a sign stating the store was closed or even write the hours on the door. At the least, they could lock the doors, because from the outside it looked open.
