The teacher is not encouraging and motivating at all. Instead, points out students' mistakes and mocks them in front other students and parents and crushes their self confidence, totally unprofessional and exactly opposite to what they should be doing. Not only she does that to the kids, but also yells at the older helping student who check other's work. For this particular center, there has been a number of parents who have left and enrolled them to other center. I hope that Kumon head office takes note of this and take necessary action. This particular teacher is all about making more money by having student unnecessarily repeat materials. After giving it a lot of thoughts, today we pulled the plug on it.
