Terrible customer service! Terrible CC payment machine. I was double charged...emailed and never got resolution. No communication

I couldn't get the credit card reader to work in one of the self service bays. The spa needs to post instructions.

I just left Saucon Valley Auto Spa. I purchased the top grade $16.00 wash. My car was not clean! The windshield still had spots on it, and the dirt on the areas not cleaned by the windshield wipers was obvious. There were small pieces of dirt that were not removed. Plain old dirt....not any kind of tar or resin. The wash was totally unsatisfactory. I will not return. read more

A waste of money go elsewhere. The vacuums are horrible. They have very little suction power. You have to constantly feed it quarters because it takes longer. The self serve wash is the same. Constantly feeding it quarters. read more

little more than a rinse. I paid $14 and had to re-wash at another car wash afterward. Numerous missed spots and wheels were barely touched. Yelp are real reviews. Dont go by Facebook etc reviews because they are probably false reviews. read more

Waste of money. Paid for the "super wash" and my Jeep is just slightly cleaner. Went here to get all the bird dookie washed off and it's still all over. Definitely not worth it. Maybe I should have my credit card company reverse the charges. read more

Machine will steal your money. Wasted two dollars because the quarter acceptor isn't even working. No help at all contacting them. I would rather use the the dingy car wash by Turkey Hill in Coopersburg, because at least when you put your quarters in there it actually lets you wash the car! And it only costs two dollars there, so I could have just went there which I should have. read more

I was one of the first to use this car wash when it opened and up until this year I had great service, however earlier this year I experienced an equipment malfunction and was eventually reimbursed my money only after several attempts of contacting the owner/manager. Since I had a bad experience with the automated system I opted to use the manual station, I initially inserted $7.00 (what I had on me in small bills) and started washing my X5, however time quickly ran down and so I inserted my credit card in hopes of extending my time so I can rinse the vehicle. Unfortunately the time expired anyway and so I hit the cancel button and just started again with my credit card and finished rinsing, after completing everything I checked my bank account and I was charged $10 twice! (Total of $27.00 for Manual car wash). I called the number on the machine, but just got the voicemail and I went online and emailed svas378@gmail.com and explained my issue, but never heard back. It was three days before my bank account showed two charges one for $4.00 and another for $4.75. (Total now at $15.75 for Manual wash) I'm ok with the $4.75 as I needed to complete the rinse of my car and it's probably a minimum charge thing, but the extra $4.00 charge and no email, phone call, nothing... is unprofessional. So for $4.00 they are loosing a customer... Good luck. read more

BEWARE !!! I paid 11.00 for the Deluxe wash at the automatic car wash and after exiting saw that my van looked no cleaner than it did when I pulled into it. I took photos and immediately called the number and left a voicemail but no one returned my call. I called a second time and again didn't get a return call. Apparently this owner is a scam artist as I have found out numerous other people have had the same experience where they take your money and refuse to return your phone calls. They need to be shut down !!!! read more

If you have trouble with any of the machines when you are there don't bother looking for an attendant, none there. And don't waste your time calling the phone number they post, no one answers, and no one calls you back. I wasted $5.00 for a 5 minute car wash. There are better places, cheaper places to go, and that what I recommend, go somewhere else. read more

Aside from the poor condition of the machines, the owner is a real prick! After I finished washing my car the machine was still leaking some sort of chemical on my car so I exited the booth and started to clean and dry my car. Apparently that was enough to get yelled at by the owner. He started knocking on my hood as he was talking to me and scared my kid. I wasn't blocking any bays, not blocking the entrance or exit, just pulled to the side trying to finish my car. Looks like I'm going to spend $15 at Walmart and just wash my car in my driveway. I don't recommend this place to anyone especially if you have children or a dog with you. read more

I use the self-service wash area and I really want to this place to be great, it's in my area on my way home. However every time I come here something doesn't work either the credit card machine doesn't work or the wax doesn't work something always doesn't work. This time the polish foam dispenser didn't work. instead of spraying it out of the dispenser it sprayed it out of the fitting on the wall over my car that I just washed at all over me my hair and clothes. Last time the wheel cleaner didn't work. I know these machines are complicated and require a lot of maintenance but they need to work. Simply can't recommend it. read more

Great car wash! Open 24 hours. Fast, quick. Leaves my car looking great. On my way home from work. It's as convenient as it gets.

Clean and Well lit car wash. Easy to get in and out of. Not cramped like a lot of car washes. Extreme vac worked really well on my car even cleaning out the kids crumbs. 2 auto bays and 3 self serve along with a few vacuums. I will definitely go again. read more

I drive a truck and had gotten the 12 dollar car wash and it only cleaned the hood and left soap all over the rest of my car. I spent 3 hours at home trying to clean off the dried soap stains which still did not come clean. If you drive a truck do not use this car wash! read more

The first time I visited this wash, I was fairly satisfied. Although the wash did not get my wheels clean, the rest of the vehicle looked quite good. The second time I visited the wash, my vehicle was left covered in soap, the wheels remained dirty, and the dryer cut off before completing its cycle. This time I was very dissatisfied so I contacted the owner via Facebook, provided pictures of my vehicle proving the wash failure, and requested a credit for another wash or a refund. After several weeks, I gave up on getting a response. While driving through the area recently, I decided to try one more time. I figured that they must have fixed the equipment by now. No such luck. This time the wash left my wheels looking clean, but left the vehicle covered in soap again. Moreover, the dryer failed to dry the vehicle at all. This time I emailed the owner and requested a refund. I am not expecting a response this time either, but I gave it a go. As others have stated, it seems that one or more functions of the wash fail every time I visit and furthermore, it seems as if no one is addressing the problems. Three strikes and you're out. I won't be going back. read more
