She said I'm just a dispatcher you have a 2:30 appointment to pick up the car and you will get a text with instructions and fees. An hour later, no text . Called back oh it can take up to 30 minutes to get the text. Called back, oh I'll let the manager know you called. Mind you they close at 4.
