I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Please take this review as a per person basis. After reading…read moremultiple back and forth reviews I decided to choose Ziebart for my undercoating on my new Tacoma. The sales people were great and inviting made me not question the comfortability in purchasing a very expensive product because they stand behind it.... That's where this goes south. Upon my appointment arrival date I before proceeding with my undercoating process I was pressed heavily for the upsale of other products which sounded good at the time prior to getting what I purchased. Good thing I did not purchase anymore than what I did. My truck entered the bay and everything was fine. About 3/4 hours later my car was ready to go. I thought it was strange that previous customers were walked out to their vehicles and showed what was done. I however was not .I got my keys and walked to my vehicles and inspected what was done. Yes, the truck was undercoated which is what the service that I purchased but the entire underneath of the truck was blasted with paint. It looked like someone closed their eyes and just sprayed. I was confused because I had thought they would professionally cover the body, engine, wheel wells etc. because of how high the "standards" and price is before spraying but boy was I wrong. I opened the hood of my vehicle and found the entire side of the block, exhaust, manifold and just about every pulley on the front of the motor including the alternator and belt was covered in black paint. The exhaust manifold was caked in it. Looking under the truck it was far from the "standards" promised. The tires and rims had paint on them and the driveshaft was blasted with undercoat. Even the brake rotors were covered, not to mention the driver side seat was covered in grease/dirt. I immediately walked back inside to question what happened, where the salesmen that were so nice prior did not want to be bothered. They pulled my truck back into the shop to "clean" the exhaust manifold, side of the motor, the belts, pulleys and alternator that was plastered with undercoat. And the clean the grease and nonsense they put on the drivers seat when they pulled it in. They did not offer any type of credit or empathy just told me we apologize this is not up to "standards". I trusted paying over what the market value is for a professionally done job but got a minimum wage performance. I understand the it could have been just a performance but from what I was promised on the sales side from what I got could not be more different. Overall I should have done it myself. They took a brand new truck and sprayed blindly underneath and most definitely devalued something I worked so hard to get. I'm still in shock after paying that much for something where they don't cover open exposed areas so paint cannot get all over is absolutely absurd and completely amateur, what place the works with paint doesn't use seat covered to pull in clients vehicles. Very disappointed in my experience. Would not recommend.

Very Clean - Fully Functional - Well Maintained Equipment. Automatic Wash outstanding for those like me that can't have any type of a brush wash. Self Service Bays - Water pressure a perfect - 1100 PSI (not too much or too little pressure - just the perfect amount). An amazing hand held air dryer that you can really dry your entire car in minutes with no worries of scratches. Blows out all the water in all door jambs, creases and trunk & hood panel gaps. Very reasonably priced and you can easily pay by coin, credit card or Apple Pay. You can stop charges every four or five minutes or let it continue and will time out at $15 after 15 minutes. Several high quality vacuums. Outstanding customer service, if you call the owner he is very nice and will answer any questions and is very accommodating.
