This rating is not based on their service, as I was unable to take advantage of that. Instead, this…read morereview is for their communication, or lack thereof. I have been trying for months to reach this business by phone, and have not had one phone call returned, despite leaving a couple of messages. I finally decided to try reaching out through Yelp. I thought that I'd finally made some headway, as shortly after filling out the form, I received a response with a list of their services and their prices. But it turns out that was merely an automated system response. Where it gets worse is I responded with the service that I would have liked. . . But crickets. Even though Yelp showed that my message was "Read". I gave them a few days, assuming that they were just busy. But I can't believe that a business can be so busy as to not provide at least an acknowledgement. My final communication was reaching out to thank them for their initial automated response and mentioning that I assume they have no availability. And again. . . crickets. The final straw was the notification that my message on Yelp had indeed been received and "Read", yet still ignored. I really wanted and tried to support this women-owned business, but I am extremely disappointed in their lack of communication. Reply to Business Owner's Response: A quick search of my cell phone's call history shows that I did in fact call the correct number. The screenshot below shows that I have been trying to reach out to you since May 2025. And if you look closer, you will see that each of the icons are outgoing calls. Not one call back was ever received from you, despite the voicemail messages that I left. Additionally, I still have my landline, so a couple of calls were also made using that phone number. However, I don't feel that it's necessary to provide a screenshot of those call records. After my last call of October 28, 2025, I finally reached out to you through Yelp in November 2025, which leads us to this review. Thank you for your response to my review, although I wish that I could have received a proper response outside of this forum. Good luck to you in the future.

They agreed to cover the cost of a new one and then some. Still ticked the job took longer than anticipated and that there was some overspray, but overall they did a good job with the bed liner and were able to resolve the issue in a timely fashion. ORIGiNAL: Took my truck in for a spray-in bedliner and while they were a bit more expensive than some other places I had a quote from, they were open at hours or days I could drop the vehicle off and pick it up without having to take time off work. My truck is fairly new, 2025 GMC Sierra 1500 double cab with a 6.5ft bed. Nothing too crazy other than having a soft roll tonneau cover on it as well. I knew prior to the appointment that they would be removing and reinstalling the tonneau cover, however to the extent they were doing it, I was unaware of. I knew the foam piece that the cover sits on at the front of the bed would either be removed or left in place, but to remove the rest of the cover includes taking off the rails (which are just screwed on with clamps) and the main cover itself which is clipped into the rails with tension pieces. To remove the cover and rails from the truck would need it rolled up completely and then unscrewing the clamps and bed rails and either taking it off as one piece or unclipping the cover from the rails (these are just screwed in) and pulling the rails back out of the cover piece. Upon picking up my truck, I asked them if there were issues with the cover and they advised there weren't. I made a quick stop after leaving and noticed the cover wasn't rolled up neatly so I unrolled it quickly to reroll it. It was here that I noticed they not only removed the foam piece the cover sat on (provides extra waterproofing), but it was no longer attached to the main rail system as the pieces that clip in were broken from the main cover (either clean cut or broken due to negligence). As such, the cover is now damaged and unusable. Without the cover attached to the rails, it basically just sits on the edge of the bed unsecured and then when it's rolled out over the bed you'd be unable to get a tight fit as one side is no longer secured. Not even sure how waterproof it would be without the foam piece either. I have called and left a message for the shop and sent an email with the pictures of the broken cover so will see what they advise and how they will rectify the issue. Again, the bed liner itself is okay (there is overspray in certain areas (from what I've read online it doesn't look like they masked the truck before spraying), but otherwise looks okay), but not removing the cover properly and then not telling me about it is another issue. Wishing I noticed this when I picked it up but didn't even think to check how the cover was rolled as they advised to keep it rolled up for a few days. Would also like to add that I was told to have my truck there at 9am for the appointment so it would get done quicker. I dropped the vehicle off Friday evening before they closed so I wouldn't need to wait around the next day. They advised they'd call 30 minutes before it was finished. Got there around 1pm (they close at 2) and the truck was still in the garage and not done yet (I should note that when I arrived around 1pm that I did not see any protective covering on my truck so would have figured it would be just about done. If it was close to completion with them just needing to reinstall the bed cover, there was no reason for it to take another hour until it was finished). Ended up leaving with my vehicle after 2pm. I understand you can be busy, but why did it take 5+ hours to do the work when I dropped it off the night before with an understanding to have it there by 9am for them to do the work in the appropriate amount of time. Not to mention why it appeared to be "just about done" at 1pm but still took another hour until I was handed the keys.
