She is a good doctor and helped my diabetes immensely. Did all kinds of tests for cardiac, liver…read moreand kidneys for related issues from diabetes, fixed my meds, got me a podiatrist for my feet, did a great job. She has a great nursing staff. However her office manager is awful, very condescending and impatient. The practice is also overly reliant on a cantankerous patient portal that stinks, and for online payment they only accept f'n PayPal, not credit cards. Last fall she announced she would no longer accept most major medical insurance like Blue Cross PPO. I spoke with the doc about her decision and her move to a prepay or semi concierge model. She doesn't have the customer service background to handle that correctly but she was adamant that she couldn't live with the finances of the funds provided thru insurance. Her new office rates were exorbitant so I moved on to a new Endocrenologist.
