With that being said, I know things can be busy or staffed and be shorthanded, but I'm not sure if that was the case. From the moment I walked in for my 1st appointment I felt very unwelcome! The receptionist barely acknowledged me was short unfriendly and almost seemed just irritated to be there. I have excellent insurance and I'm ver knowledgeable with insurance. She just told me my copay was $99 with no explanation, to me that was more than normal but I paid and will confirm with my ins EOB the costs. One of the responsibilities of a receptionist or front office is to set a 1st impression of a practice and this was a big failure on her part. The nurse that took my vitals was pleasant, the PA was great, knowledgeable and explained everything well. The second nurse that took my blood was outgoing and friendly, this gave me hope about my future appointments. I scheduled my follow up for a week later to review my results. On my second appointment there was a different receptionist and she was more pleasant. I was brought back quickly and a new nurse came in took my BP and explain another provider was here today than the normal one. She left saying she'd be in shortly. I waited 50 minutes no one ever came check in on me or explain why I was waiting so long! I would have been ok if someone came in, apologized for the wait and gave me an update but that never happened. After a hour of nothing I went to the front office and asked for a copy of my test results and said I've been waiting a hour no one has come in, I'll find another office. I was more shocked by the total lack of professionalism when she never once apologized and just printed my results out and handed them to me. I would not recommend this place to anyone I know. It's a corporate medical office and you would think they'd have better trading in place for their team. This was my worst experience ever and I still don't know what I paid for? Update!!!! As I thought I received my EOB today and they charge my ins more than $800 for a visit with a PA and blood work. Per my EBO I was only to pay $24. I'm not dealing with these people that abuse medical billing codes. I'm filling a complaint wit BCBS. I'll let them deal with their billing department. Always check your benefits and EOB most of these large Corp managed care facilities are run by business people that expect you not to catch their misuse of billing!

However her office manager is awful, very condescending and impatient. The practice is also overly reliant on a cantankerous patient portal that stinks, and for online payment they only accept f'n PayPal, not credit cards. Last fall she announced she would no longer accept most major medical insurance like Blue Cross PPO. I spoke with the doc about her decision and her move to a prepay or semi concierge model. She doesn't have the customer service background to handle that correctly but she was adamant that she couldn't live with the finances of the funds provided thru insurance. Her new office rates were exorbitant so I moved on to a new Endocrenologist.

He said two things.. "Stopped up Ears", "Do you have sleep apnea) 4. Did a cleaning in both ears, (i had an ear infection affecting my hearing)...stood up and said I will prescribe drops, come back in 10 days. 5. Opened the door and walked out. We didnt get a chance to ask what might have caused it, could i resume wearing my hearing aids, or hearing protection while working with equipment... Or get his opinion of the blood that sometimes comes out of one ear.... Never in all these years have I been treated as dismissively and rudely by a so called physician. Now here is the sketchy part... I went into my patient portal thinking maybe they put some information there. I read the details of my examination and thought it was someone else. It said he had me lay down and that he performed a detailed exam that he explained what was happening and causes that he was prescribing drops and he explained the possible side effects It also said my breathing was normal and not labored..(he didnt check my breathing) and then the kicker... it noted that there were no abnormalities or nodules on my thyroid...... which are probably true since i had my thyroid removed due to cancer in 2007. Now this may be a computer generated form that fills itself out if no entry is made, but ........ So.... I refused to see him on my follow up but got in to see the PA, Ms. DeLaRosa, and she was great...... But believe all the 1star reviews about Leffingwell as I had much the same experience

A lot of clinics will say that's the best option from the get-go, but Dr. Raj was very honest and genuine, and offered the least invasive treatment first, and we got pregnant after 2 MONTHS! We were so happy with how much care we received from him and his staff. He is very knowledgeable as well as cost conscious. He would always try to give me the cheapest prescriptions and would tell me the places that accepted coupons. You really don't find doctors nowadays that are that aware of and care about people's tight budgets. We are so thankful for IVFMD and Dr. Raj! Highly recommend him and his team. My pregnancy is going wonderfully and we owe it to them! Also - to the person below that said they are cash only- that's NOT true. Our insurance covered most of our care there. BUT No insurance covers IUI or IVF because they are elective procedures. So that's not IVFMD's fault, that's just how it is. Going in to see a reproductive specialist, you have to have a realistic expectation of what will be covered, which probably isn't much if you require IUI or IVF. But I didn't, so my insurance kicked in and covered everything pretty much.

I am owed money back on services not used and they will not reply with itemized amount I am owed and said it could take up to 90 days. Billing office unorganized and unfriendly. Immoral.
