However her office manager is awful, very condescending and impatient. The practice is also overly reliant on a cantankerous patient portal that stinks, and for online payment they only accept f'n PayPal, not credit cards. Last fall she announced she would no longer accept most major medical insurance like Blue Cross PPO. I spoke with the doc about her decision and her move to a prepay or semi concierge model. She doesn't have the customer service background to handle that correctly but she was adamant that she couldn't live with the finances of the funds provided thru insurance. Her new office rates were exorbitant so I moved on to a new Endocrenologist.

He stated he couldn't believe previous docs didn't do an MRI yet he didn't order one until I had told front office that I felt unheard and nothing addressed that I came in for. Then he ordered an MRI after they went back to ask. During appt he said basically in so many words I was just going to have to live with my issues and if I chose aids it would be a hard fit due to asymmetry in hearing loss. Leaving feeling rushed and unheard as well as problems unaddressed. Don't recommend. Maybe another doctor in practice would be more helpful.
