I was then told by the nurse that the doctor was booked up and could not see me but could call in some meds for me. How could he know what meds I needed if he did not see me and listen to my chest? I had been to this doctor several times before and was not a new patient. I ended up going to Baylor Scott and White ER, who determined I had pneumonia and congestive heart failure. They kept me overnight for observation while I was on a heart monitor. I would not recommend this doctor - he does not seem to care about his patients....

The office ladies were HORRIBLE. I called to try and schedule an appointment and I have never had…read moresuch a horrible experience as the one that I had over the phone with the ladies in the office at this location. Straight bullies. I am freshly postpartum as a first time mom and am feeling under the weather and the ladies made me feel STUPID for not knowing that this location doesn't accept walk ins (even though they are my primary care provide.) They brought me to tears and when they noticed I was upset they transferred me to a lady named Linda who made me feel even worse by just completely ignoring how the office ladies made me feel and like she was INCONVENIENCED by me needing an appointment. I will be switching my PCP and will never recommend this location to anyone. I will also be contacting a higher up to explain the situation and have them review the phone calls so this hopefully never happens again.
