If I had an option to give no stars I would. This by far is the worst clinic I've ever been to…read more I've been going here for years, and it's only getting worse and worse. The Dr. herself is not bad, but she has the worst staff ever. Very unprofessional and has no knowledge. I am disappointed in myself that I actually came back here the last time even though I promised myself I would find a new family Dr. The last two times I went I was not even scheduled with the Dr, I got scheduled with the PA. She was not bad either but she seems rather new. The PA was originally going to refer me to a rheumatologist, changed her mind and said she was going to refer me to an ophthalmologist. I called back a few days later and asked to be referred to the rheumatologist instead because I did not want to go to an ophthalmologist for my condition. It took me SEVERAL calls and attempts to get them to refer me to a rheumatologist and they kept saying I do not need to go there and refused to give me information on the Dr. they refer patients out to. I went back and called my optometrist who told me to go to my PCP because she was not able to refer me out to a rheumatologist. After my optometrist contacted Dr. Dinh's staff, they lied and said they already referred me out to a rheumatologist and gave me all the information I needed already. About two weeks later I get a call from a referring office asking me if I would like to schedule my appointment. I went to the appointment and everything, come to find out- I went to an OPTOMETRIST (partially my fault because I assumed it was the rheumatologist)! I did not get referred to an ophthalmologist OR rheumatologist. I did not need to go to another optometrist, I already had one! This was a complete mess and was highly unprofessional of them. At this point I am not sure if I am even going to get referred to a rheumatologist anymore! I would call them, but half of her staff does not know what they're talking about. I really did want to like this office because the Dr. is not bad... but it is hard to. P.S. both of my siblings and parents come here- they all had bad experiences and bad complaints about the staff! The staff really do reflect on the office, the Dr. should consider re-training her staff in my opinion.

The office wait was minimal and the office staff was very helpful answering questions and setting up appointments. When we got called by the X-ray tech he took us to get current X-rays to see if the bone had moved and get a current view of the whole arm/shoulder. The tech was great, very compassionate and caring with my broken arm. He moved my body around instead of my painful arm in order to get the X-rays needed. Once we were done he escorted us to the exam room to wait for Dr. Wong. In a matter of minutes the doctor showed up and introduced himself. Dr. Wong spoke to us about the X-rays of the break and he further went on to state that I may have some more damage other than the broken arm. By looking at the X-rays he also noticed my arm was separated from my shoulder quit a bit and that there may be some torn shoulder muscles. He asked to have an MRI done on the arm, as well as the shoulder. As he explained our next steps he made sure we understood what he could see there was more to my broken arm. Dr. Wong is a doctor because he just wants to help people get better. He isn't in this line of work for the money, if he was he would be working for some large hospital unit turning out patient after patient just for the money. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing his type of care. He is a character though, one that you will never forget. His sense of humor and bedside manners are unique as is his way of treating his patients. And smarter then any doctor I have ever met.

I went to him around 2004-ish[?] for pain in my knee, which had been on ongoing issue for me since I first dislocated my kneecap in the early 1990s. Office: 2.5 stars Dr. Wong always seemed very rushed. He spoke very fast during every visit and I had to force him to slow down and answer my questions and explain what he was seeing and what he was saying. He really needs to learn to slow down and interact with his patients. That said, once we got him to slow down, he did explain everything, and showed us everything we needed on the MRI results and surgical photos. Surgery: 4.5 stars This is where Dr. Wong really shined. Turns out my knee was really shredded; to the point where he had to perform a more significant procedure than we had originally planned because it didn't show up well on the MRI. A bummer but totally understandable after seeing the photos from the surgery. The results of the surgery have really been fantastic though, and I've been almost entirely pain free for 10+ years.

I'm out of room @11:19. Picking up ointment at front desk @ 11:20 $28 Cicalfate now out of the office @ 11:21. Downstairs pharmacy @ 11:22 - 11:26. Prescription filled Xolegel covered through insurance @ no charge. In my car @ 11:27... We shall see! Update 1/18/17: after 8 uses (Friday night Saturday morning/night Sunday morning/late afternoon Monday morning/night [noticed spreading that evening] Tuesday morning - over a five day period) of Cicalfate the condition worsened. Contacted the office about refund and got an unexpected response... If Dr. Moore recommended it you shouldn't have caused a reaction - but I did. Rescheduled appointment for tomorrow morning to examine the condition and then they will discuss further treatment and/or refund. Update 1/19/17: appointment @ 8 am in signed in @ 7:50 in the back room @ 8 am Dr. Moore in @ 8:06 - 8:13... She indicated more steps to treat condition. There will not be a copay today since I was just in... The reaction to the Cicalfate could be to the higher level of inflammation. So, now she prescribed Elidel that should knock out the inflammation and then the Cicalfate should bring back the color. Moved original appointment from January 25 to January 30 to see if it corrects the reaction/condition. Informed to call back just as I did if it causes a reaction. Out of the office @8:16 in pharmacy @8:20 - 8:31 am for Elidel for $25. Alright...!

I waited only like 2min and then got called to the back to get my mole removed. First, they cleaned the area, numbed me (it was tolerable, the needles just felt like little pinches) & then they cut the mole out n stitched me up :)) My skin is healing up really nice. However, i accidentally hit the scar really hard and it bruised up again, but iced it and put cicalfate (skin repair cream) on it every night and it's fine again lol that was my fault oopsies i'm clumsy. But yea, i'm happy with the results, they did accept my insurance, but we still had to pay, but i didn't mind bc i wanted my mole gone lol.
