Two knee specialists, different clinics, different cities, told me there was no more treatment that would relieve the pain in my knees or improve my mobility. Both suggested knee replacement surgery for both knees. I was faced with an impossible situation. I am primary caregiver for my husband who suffers from advanced Parkinson's Disease. Mobility and falls are primary issues for him. I couldn't see any way I could care for him while a surgical patient. We happened to see an ad for this clinic, and thought it was worth a visit. I took my medical records for a consultation and came away convinced that stem cell injections would be a good course of treatment for me. Two weeks later I had amniotic stem cell injections in both knees. They gave me knee braces to wear a couple of weeks, 4 PT sessions, and addition injections of Hyalgan to lubricate the joints while the stem cells did their repair. After about a month I found I had no more pain. It's been almost 3 years, and I'm still pain free. I even took advantage of their Care Credit arrangement and paid for the treatment in 12 interest free payments. I'm so pleased I took a chance on the Neuropathy and Pain Clinic. I highly recommend the clinic to anyone who suffers from chronic joint pain caused by osteoarthritis. A. Carol L, Arlington, TX

CNA Lanicha was one of the staff members assigned to care for my husband during his stay at the hospital. We were really impressed with her great personality and professionalism. She was very attentive and performed her duties with a smile. As I was leaving for the day I was thinking no worries he's got a GREAT CNA....A BIG thank you to Lanicha. You ROCK!

I had three surgeries in this hospital within a 2 month period because the doctor botched my minor…read moresurgery and had to have more surgeries to fix his error. I will elaborate about my care on a friend's podcast and nieces social media accounts. I was in a vulnerable situation when I arrived and the financial aid professional was very unprofessional as she took my payment of thousands of dollars, the nurse was unprofessional. I told the nurse I had taken a laxative over 24 hours ago and I was concerned because I had not used the restroom and she loudly said repeatedly in a sing song voice "don't worry if you boo boo I'll clean you up" after surgery my blood pressure was so high and they seemed panicked and I felt rushed to be discharged. I do not know if the intention was for me to die elsewhere. The only staff that was professional and showed some humanity was my IV. Nurse. There's so much that was wrong in this facility but I'll stop here for now.
