When I asked if someone could assist me, I overheard what I was told was the manager telling other employees to tell me she was "busy." The shocking part? She wasn't helping another customer--she was discussing her personal marriage issues with staff. I understand everyone has personal problems, but using that as a reason to avoid customers and making employees cover for her is beyond unprofessional. I have never seen it so dirty here, pee left by homeless against the outside walls, sweets and gum wrappers tossed all over the gutters , blowing around in the wind, some plastic clothing hangers tossed outside, maybe from a ripoff, it looks like an old abandoned building on the outside.
