The cashier lady was friendly and greeted us upon entry. She also briefly chatted us and was fairly nice. The rest of the store was fairly well organized and had a wide selection of drinks and snacks to grab to go. There's also a Subway next door to sit in or take out sandwiches for the road. Aside from the floor being slightly dusty with specs of black dots, and the bathroom wasn't the cleanest, it was still within reason for a gas station bathroom. Although, the bathroom light also flicker a little, it's still bright inside. Also, this location doesn't give cash back for debit purchases but there is an ATM inside. Ultimately, this gas station is located conveniently close to the highway, so check it out if you're ever passing by.

I believe this is the only gas station for miles in the area and one could literally blink and miss…read moreit. The sign with the cost of fuel is blocked by trees, which is a major turn off for me when choosing where to stop for gas. I don't get the cleanest vibe when I walk in the store to pay for gas. I've never shopped here, just gas because I'm in a big hurry every time I have to stop here, so I can't say whether or not the store is clean. I generally try to make it to the Woodman's gas station in Beloit because they are typically 30¢/gal cheaper, but for some reason, today they were the same price. Really though, why would they have placed the fuel cost sign behind trees when they first opened this gas station? There are better places it could have been placed on the property, so that seems rather shady to me...no pun intended .

Gas prices are almost always a few cents cheaper than anywhere else and, it's owned by our local farmers. Not B.P., Not Exxon, or Chevron, or some other huge multi-national. What a great way to buy fuel and keep as much revenue here at home. long live the co-ops!

The station is easy to get in and out of. There is only one pump per island. There is a convention store here too

This is a wonderful gas station and road side attraction! The General Store has plenty of food and…read moredrinks to choose from, including lots of souvenirs. They have clean bathrooms - a Women's room, a Men's room, and a large family bathroom. They also offer fresh-made drinks at their cafe counter. You have to check out the Concord Zoo while you're here. It's to the right of the store across the parking lot. There was a staff member feeding the animals while we were there, and the enclosures looked pretty good from what we could see. This will definitely be our go-to rest stop the next time we drive this direction.
