It is a real pleasure to write this review for Dylan. He is really onto something big with this…read moremethod and approach to coaching. First off, he is not evangelical by any means. He is not out to fix you, he is not out to show you something UH-MAY-ZING that only HE just discovered, any kind of bullsh** like that. He's just a guy who's been through stuff like all of us, but he offers a strong optimism and focus that I have not witnessed with other coaches or programs. Covid left my life in tatters and the bright side was probably that there was no way to go but up. However, up could mean many different things, and I wanted to get things right due to lost time and my general OCD tendencies. A close college friend introduced me to Dylan and away we went. I didn't feel lost, but I just didn't have good direction. Who was I after the pandemic? Who had I always been? A romantic breakup didn't help things - I needed a great coach, and that great coach became Dylan. Working with Dylan was empowering: I felt like I was showing up for myself. He never made me feel like he was doing me a favor; he never acted like an armed forces superior; he never got annoyed, angry or pushy - he just listened, reflected, and was patient in everything we did. He's plenty humorous too - we had great laughs about everything under the sun. He voices a lot of the negative phrases we tell ourselves in the deep crevices in our minds - because he's been there, not because he's Buddha - there's a difference. His modules are also fantastic - they are agnostic as to anything subjective such as religion or politics - they are simple, English-language modules that are focused on the self, the brain, and your mission in life. However, don't let this simplicity fool you: they reach deep inside you and extract what you've been wanting to extract: your values, your mission, and your purpose. They are not, nor do they promise to be one-stop fixes - I have been through the modules a few times - I always uncover something new. Dylan doesn't consider this module repetition as any kind of failure or shortcoming: in fact, he encourages it. We are always changing - why not use the same methods to uncover new information? I did, and it worked (and still works) every time. On a banal, but still necessary level, I know myself more after working with Dylan. I have more material for cover letters and interviews. I am more confident in what I say at networking functions. But you and I both know that it doesn't stop there, right? Right. I know what my place is in the world, and maybe, what I am meant to do. That's a gift that keeps on giving. I've been able to pay it forward (no no no, not by forwarding Dylan's materials!) by reflecting other people's values back to them and asking them good questions. We all help each other - and it works. Dylan's extended program of accountability and tracking is a godsend - I have made so much more progress as a result. I am not just a clearer and more focused individual after my work with Dylan; I am a better person overall.

Life. Changed. Forever. If you've been waiting for a sign…read moreto invest in yourself -- this is it. Ascension Leadership Academy (ALA) has been the most transformative experience of my life. Truly, the best investment I've ever made in ME. Before ALA, I was stuck in fear. Fear of being seen. Fear of being judged. Fear of not being enough... or having enough. These limiting beliefs had created a ceiling over my growth, my confidence, and my purpose. In just three months, ALA helped me shatter that ceiling. They held up a mirror that I had avoided for years -- and what I saw was a woman who had been sitting in comfort instead of rising into power. With their guidance, I faced the fears I had been hiding behind and stepped into the bold, confident creator I was meant to be. What's even more powerful than the personal transformation? The community. I've never felt more seen, supported, or unconditionally loved by a group of people who truly want the best for me. They hold me high, they speak truth, and they remind me daily: I am the creator of my life. Thanks to ALA, I've taken a leap into entrepreneurship with full faith. I'm no longer paralyzed by the fear of failure -- I'm fueled by purpose, passion, and possibility. The tools I've gained will serve me for a lifetime. The breakthroughs, the love, the accountability -- they're just the beginning.

They Justified it by pointing to their fine print... I appreciate that some people have gotten a lot out of programs like this, but the entire model is based on enrolling other people into the program and using the difficulty of that enrollment exercise as the focal point/pain point for personal growth. While II appreciate that everyone has a business model and a way to make money, ALA is not transparent about this dynamic, and the way they handled my desire for a refund after the workshop I signed up for was not actually available makes this a hard pass for me or anyone who asks me whether they should go forward with ALA.

I grew up in a family where trauma was the norm. I knew when I left home that I needed to get into…read moretherapy, so I started with a therapist at 17 years old but nothing really changed. That started my on my journey to find what would work, as I knew that what I was creating in my life was a result of my childhood programing. The short list includes; Lifespring, beginning and advanced, Transformational Workshops, Tai Chi, meditation, hypnosis, medications, enough self help books to line the entire United States, women's groups, Al-Anon, Co-dependants Anonymous, Adult children of Alcoholics, Chronic PTSD therapy, Brain wave therapy and more. So when I found Anita's ad through an internet search, I was doubtful, but willing to try. My goal was to move forward in my life with dreams that had lived in my heart for decades but just could not work on them because the beliefs about myself were so deep, they felt as if they were in my DNA. I was elated and stunned when after the first session I was able to start my work to reach my goals. Previously, I literally felt sick to my stomach when I thought about doing the work. After three sessions, I have a regular schedule working on my goals and enjoy the work! I have been in some type of therapy for 4 decades and nothing really shifted the beliefs that were under my self confident exterior. Even though I had earned multiple degrees and was successful in many areas, the belief that I was a "joke" and it would be dangerous to do anything that would bring attention to me, drove my choices, I never, ever felt good enough. Now I do and I cannot thank Anita enough. I don't understand how it works, but it works!

Anita has a way of cutting through the emotional static that confuses issues and gets to the core of what really matters. This provides results in real-time and allows for quick resolution of conflict and deep, introspective inner work. I highly recommend Anita's servicing to any individual or couple seeking a knowledgeable coach to navigate anything standing in the way of productive communication and a successful relationship or individual journey.
