Before booking, we were quoted $170 online. When we arrived, that same price was confirmed again in person, so we felt comfortable moving forward. To our surprise, after the service was completed, we were charged $350--more than double the quoted price. At no point during the appointment were we told the price had changed or given the opportunity to approve the additional cost before the work continued. If the final price was going to be significantly higher, that should have been communicated upfront so we could make an informed decision. Transparent pricing is especially important when working with young clients who have saved their own money. I'm sharing this experience so other parents know to ask for the final total in writing before the service begins and to confirm that the quoted price will not change without their approval. Unfortunately, our experience left us feeling disappointed and blindsided.

She was very thorough during the consultation to make sure I understand what she is about to do and that I also get what I came in for. My original hair was highlighted (super bleached/ashy) and had a bad layered cut (turns out I had a mullet I wasn't aware of lol). I wanted to return to my natural color and also get a cut to even out my layers. Within two hours, Hanh achieved the color and cut seamlessly through proper and detailed steps to repair my damaged hair. My experience with her was fantastic. She is so bubbly and fun to talk to and she is an expert in her field. I have never learned so much about hair ever in my life! Even for styling, she gave so many tips. Unfortunate Hair Experience with Stylist Shayanne Review: I recently had an unfortunate experience with hair stylist Shayanne, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. Not only did she not fulfill my request for the desired blonde shade, but I also had to pay a hefty price of $185 for her to essentially ruin my hair. To make matters worse, my hair was left damaged and broken in several spots. During the appointment, Shayanne seemed distracted and disengaged, which reflected in the rushed and subpar service she provided. The end result was far from what I had envisioned, and I left the salon feeling frustrated and disheartened. The damage to my hair was so significant that I had no choice but to seek help elsewhere to fix the mess. This meant spending an additional $230 to rectify the situation caused by Shayanne's negligence. It was truly disheartening to have to bear the financial burden of correcting someone else's mistakes. Overall, I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with the service provided by Shayanne. Not only did she fail to deliver the desired hair color, but she also caused damage to my hair that required additional expense and effort to fix. Regrettably, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Shayanne to anyone seeking a reliable and skilled hair stylist. In conclusion, I strongly advise potential clients to explore other options and find a stylist who values their clients' requests, delivers quality results, and takes responsibility for any mistakes made. She did reach out and wanted to fix my hair but I cannot trust someone who has already deceived my expectations. read more

Christa goes above and beyond. She does not fall short of excellent service as well as taking proper and genuine care for her clients hair. I would not trust anyone else with my hair other than christa. I myself have a combination of long and short hair and her services to provide for both giving me a fresh fade as well as from dying hair to braiding; No one does it better than christa. She who always has a outstanding attitude pleasant atmosphere and her kind nature makes me feel absolutely confident knowing all my haircuts always come out exactly how I want and more. If you are unsure or are looking for a new stylist christa is definitely the one who will put all your worries to rest. Christa's fades could rival even male barbers as my I've had to change barbers multiple times due to bad cuts in the past. However no longer will I be going to ANYone else. 10/10 satisfaction read more

From the moment you sit in her chair, she goes out of her way to make sure you're comfortable and relaxed. I had reached out to Orlando who was extremely kind and helpful with the process needed for my hair. The stars are truly only for him. We had spoken on a Saturday and I was told I would be matched shortly with a hairdresser that same day. I hadn't heard anything for a few days so on Wednesday I texted him asking about how the process was going to match me up with someone. He said Lorraine had tried calling me and even tried to leave a voicemail and gave me her number to contact. I was extremely apologetic and told him I would call her right after work. I had checked multiple times and had no missed calls in the last days. When she later picked up the phone, I very kindly said 'hello is this Lorraine' and her automatic response was 'yeah, not only did I try calling you, but I also tried texting you as well and you never responded' in an extremely rude tone, didn't even say hello and wasn't even kind about the mixup. I was taken aback and truly didn't know how to respond as on my end I legitimately had no misses calls and definitely no missed texts. I was never even given a chance to respond to apologize before she continued to go on about my hair, what needed to be done and trying to get me in for a consolation. When I finally was given a chance to speak, I apologized to her very kindly and said on my end there wasn't any missed calls or texts. I then went on to tell her i would be out of town the day she was trying to get me in for a consultation and wouldn't be able to make it. She very rudely responded 'well I'm not trying to get you in for an ACTUAL APPOINTMENT, just a consultation'. Obviously I knew this, I was just relaying I wouldn't be in town at all. She tried looking for another day she had available and that's when, yet again, I tried to apologize to her about the text/call mixup. I truly felt bad and didn't like how she had been speaking to me. I figured if she knew how apologetic I was she would be kinder to me. She completely ignored me, did not respond for a while then said very shortly that I would just have to get into contact with her when I was back in town. I'm hoping she just didn't hear me but either way this enter call had just been rude. Needless to say I will not be pursuing this salon, if someone cannot treat me kindly or even be understanding of a mixup they do not get my business and cannot touch my hair. Again, or Orlando was great and extremely helpful. The stars are only for him. I'm hoping this was just an off day or moment and no one else has had to deal with being treated as such but this was my experience.
