I was so excited to book here since I had followed the Instagram for a while and saw the amazing results. I hadn't got my hair done in a while and I wanted to change my look, but I paid 250 to look like I did it myself. I was really upset with my hair it looked orange and I was cut and dyed very uneven. I did not express how unhappy I was to the stylist because she had taken so long and I had an event. It was also upsetting that they do not allow any form of payment but cashapp and the stylist even requested a tip. I unfortunately had to go to a different salon to get it fixed and I can't thank Regina from eternal impressions salon enough for saving my hair !! read more

I have my hair done by cyan I've had it done there three or four times so far I'm very happy. I'm one of those people that don't usually return to the same hairstylist because I asked them to do one thing and they end up doing something else and then telling me that I need a lot of my hair cut off which is what I don't want I'm trying to grow my hair out and Savannah only trims in my hair as much as if needed and she's only done it once the hair color is always spot on to what I asked her for last time I asked her to go little bit lighter and she got the car just like I asked her she's amazing and if you want to talk she's fun to talk to I've had a difficult year when the visits I probably slept through 90% of my hair styling experience and she was okay with it which was very nice needed that rest then she was able to work around it. Let's start by saying I'm not someone who normally does to a salon and with that being said it's been about 3 years since I've had my hair cut professionally I've normally had my sister cut straight across the back with regular scissors lol I did some research and "Sassy Do's" came up and was super close to me so i decided to give them a call and the person who answered my call was Mackenzie. She was super sweet and I was able to come in within the hour for a haircut. I walked in and it was clean and spacious and a very friendly environment. I showed Mackenzie a short video I seen on Pinterest last minute since I was super indecisive. My hair was pretty long and really dry/dead at the ends my hair also had no volume and was flat I was going for a kinda short with face framing bangs and volume and let me say Mackenzie did that!!!! I felt so gorgeous and pampered afterwards and being a working busy mom I don't really take too much care of my hair but it was such an amazing experience.
