For the price I paid, I expected much better communication and a result closer to the reference photo. I'm especially disappointed that the cost was not discussed with me upfront. I would recommend getting the exact service and price confirmed before starting.

At no point during the appointment were we told the price had changed or given the opportunity to approve the additional cost before the work continued. If the final price was going to be significantly higher, that should have been communicated upfront so we could make an informed decision. Transparent pricing is especially important when working with young clients who have saved their own money. I'm sharing this experience so other parents know to ask for the final total in writing before the service begins and to confirm that the quoted price will not change without their approval. Unfortunately, our experience left us feeling disappointed and blindsided.

Unfortunate Hair Experience with Stylist Shayanne Review: I recently had an unfortunate experience with hair stylist Shayanne, and I feel compelled to share my disappointment. Not only did she not fulfill my request for the desired blonde shade, but I also had to pay a hefty price of $185 for her to essentially ruin my hair. To make matters worse, my hair was left damaged and broken in several spots. During the appointment, Shayanne seemed distracted and disengaged, which reflected in the rushed and subpar service she provided. The end result was far from what I had envisioned, and I left the salon feeling frustrated and disheartened. The damage to my hair was so significant that I had no choice but to seek help elsewhere to fix the mess. This meant spending an additional $230 to rectify the situation caused by Shayanne's negligence. It was truly disheartening to have to bear the financial burden of correcting someone else's mistakes. Overall, I cannot stress enough how disappointed I am with the service provided by Shayanne. Not only did she fail to deliver the desired hair color, but she also caused damage to my hair that required additional expense and effort to fix. Regrettably, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Shayanne to anyone seeking a reliable and skilled hair stylist. In conclusion, I strongly advise potential clients to explore other options and find a stylist who values their clients' requests, delivers quality results, and takes responsibility for any mistakes made. Christa goes above and beyond. She does not fall short of excellent service as well as taking proper and genuine care for her clients hair. I would not trust anyone else with my hair other than christa. I myself have a combination of long and short hair and her services to provide for both giving me a fresh fade as well as from dying hair to braiding; No one does it better than christa. I truly felt bad and didn't like how she had been speaking to me. I figured if she knew how apologetic I was she would be kinder to me. She completely ignored me, did not respond for a while then said very shortly that I would just have to get into contact with her when I was back in town. I'm hoping she just didn't hear me but either way this enter call had just been rude. Needless to say I will not be pursuing this salon, if someone cannot treat me kindly or even be understanding of a mixup they do not get my business and cannot touch my hair. Again, or Orlando was great and extremely helpful. The stars are only for him. I'm hoping this was just an off day or moment and no one else has had to deal with being treated as such but this was my experience.
