The Butler Room was so comfortable we slept well! It was a few blocks walk to the old Town center of Jackson which was pleasant as there are some beautiful old homes and giant great trees along the way. I'm not sure how other people set up or if it's always set up this way, but the main table was set up inside the largest room with a snack table set up next to it. The cake was set up on a pretty display in the room across from that. The DJ set up in the pavilion outside and we used the area in front of it as the dance floor. There was outside seating that we all took advantage of when it was time to do the first dance and everything else that comes with a wedding. There were waiters available to help serve drinks and clean up afterward. The bride and groom had actually set up a taco stand outside of the other exit so guests could go get tacos whenever they felt like it for the duration of the taco stand. It was a lot of fun and a great use of the limited space, imo. It didn't feel as tight as I was worried it would and everyone had a great time. I would totally love to come back here.

VERY DISAPPOINTING STAY. Stayed here 3 nights over 2026 Memorial Day weekend and it was the most…read moredisappointing stay we've had at a Hilton property. This is a recently renovated hotel (following an extensive fire a couple of years ago), but we didn't expect; 1) The rooms we selected online the day before to not be the rooms the desk clerk put us in; 2) Only ONE working elevator for the entire 4-day stay; 3) A closed swimming pool (on Memorial Day?); 4) A shower that leaked out onto the bathroom floor regardless of the position of the shower doors; 5) Full trash cans in the 2nd floor elevator lobby for much of the weekend; 6) An unresponsive (and then vacant) front desk when we called for additional toilet paper; 7) Loose wall toilet paper holders in both of our rooms and 8) One of the two automatic lobby doors to crap out on Saturday night. Seriously, quality control on the renovation was apparently lax. This was a holiday weekend and the property management was ill-prepared to provide the Hilton experience we are accustomed to. We won't return to this property, and know first-hand that things are much better (and a little less expensive) across town at the new Home 2 Suites property a block away. This review was also provided to Hilton via their after-stay survey. I've gotten no response from them-- I presume that they handed it over to the property managers, who then chose to ignore a dissatisfied customer.
