I've also gotten new shoes from here before and they were helpful with several shoe recommendations for a neutral, cushioned shoe. I will say their prices vary compared to shopping from direct brands online sometimes so this is worth comparing prior to purchase. Upon purchase, I'd recommend making a free account here so they can save your purchase history so if you liked something you bought but don't exactly remember what it was, they are capable of looking it up for you. They recently added stickers for purchase and I did grab some to journal my runs with.

She measured my foot, consulted with me, assessed my needs, and then brought me a variety of shoes that would fit the bill. I even got some cool new cushiony socks! But I was determined to find a pair in a size 7 in a color I liked, as I could only initially find pale orange (blech).... It seemed as it got closer to Christmas it was becoming more futile, and some websites seemed sketchy/scam-ish. But I kept looking, and turned off the location. After a few weeks of searching I found this pair on Falls Road, and I check reviews (seemed legit). Pushed to order button and crossed my fingers. This is Baltimore and I live in California. They shipped out within the first work-day of the week (maybe the Tuesday after Christmas). It took a little longer than a week with New Years, but arrived still quickly with holidays. They are perfect! They fit and feel perfect out of the box, and I'm so happy with my purchase! I'm also happy to support a small business! Staff was very personable and I am sure to return again. I like J Crew clothes and I shop in that area, so...it's inevitable.
