"One bite, everyone knows the rules!!!" Looking for something to eat while I watch Thursday night football. I see this little establishment in the strip mall just north of Washington St. & Rt.45. I'm a huge pizza enthusiast & love to try any pizza that's near me. The funny part is I've never heard of this place. So I walk in & the place looks presentable & clean. I'm met with a worker named Ton who answers my questions & takes my order. I couldn't really see any examples of how the pizza really looks from the menu. I ordered a 12 inch half & half pepperoni/ sausage. While I'm waiting there, I think to myself let me see how the reviews are which is too late at this point if they are bad since I already ordered lol. The reviews are horrible. So I ask Ton questions about the place. He tells me it's by new owners. That was a sign of relief for the most part. My pizza is finished finally & I take it home. When I opened the box, I was really shocked. It looked amazing. The edges were crispy but not too much. The perfect touch. The crust was crispy & crunchy but not too hard. The sauce & cheese was a perfect blend for all the flavors exploding! Now mind you some of their reviews were late or delivery complains so maybe they could work on that if that's their only problem. The taste & quality of the food is definitely not a complaint at all. "One bite, everyone knows the rules!!!" I would have to say with scoring it with surrounding pizza places, I'm giving it a 7.9, which is high compared to the other places in the area. The best part is Ton didn't know my feelings on the bad reviews until after he already had my pizza cooking so if you're reading this I don't want you to think my questions influenced him to make it with extra care. It was all made normal. Give this place a try!! Ton gives off the energy that if you had a problem, they would fix it. He's respectful & seems like he likes what he does. I am happy I discovered Sarpino's not too far from my house using the Slice app. They're not on Slice anymore, but they do have their own app now that is quite handy, with a good rewards program. I really love the marinara sauce at Sarpino's. Everything seems so fresh and top quality. Ordered at 7:00pm and it finally got delivered at 9:30 on a Monday night. . All three Pizza's came way over done, their bread was also overdone. Prices have become out of hand . We did receive a $3 coupon, but may be the last time we order from here. They were one of our go to places, but not anymore. Kids would rather have Little Caesar. read more

This guy doesn't pay his employees. Busted in 2015. Busted in 2021. An investigation conducted by the U.S. Department of Labor found Sarpino's Pizzeria owner, Julius Jokimas, owed $188,628 to 104 employees at three locations in Chicago, the agency said in a press release Monday. After Jokimas refused to cooperate, investigators with the agency's Wage and Hour Division obtained a subpoena to look at employees' pay records. In addition to the back wages that were recovered, Jokimas also received $75,504 in penalties for violating the Fair Labor Standards Act for the second time in six years, the agency said. The pizzeria was previously found to be in violation of the act in 2015. The investigation also determined Jokimas failed to maintain accurate payroll records. read more

Ordered here three time so far. Perfect every time! I noticed the delivery was faster than the expected time, no complaints there! Ingredients had great flavor and the crust is perfectly crispy and buttery. They also have decent specials on their website...worth checking out if your ordering for a group. read more

I've had their wings and their pizza and both are very good! They tend to quote delivery times high, so if it says an hour, you can expect it faster :). On top of that, they have FANTASTIC customer service. A pizza got delivered and we thought we got the wrong order - turns out I had ordered the completely wrong thing. They have a wide variety of yummy looking pizzas to choose from (though I was slightly disappointed that some I wanted to try weren't available at this location). Super easy online ordering. Love the pizza tracker. Pizza was ready on time. We had a slight issue with a deal site coupon we tried to use - the worker had no idea how to handle it (my husband had to walk him through it) but it ended up fine. We got four pizzas - and they were all tasty, though we were disappointed with the Grecian Gyro which should have had Tzatsiki on/with it but came with marinara (?!). Overall we were happy with the taste and quality of the pizzas. I submitted online feedback about the two small issues...and was surprised when I received a personal response from the General Manager, apologizing for the confusion on both counts and offering me a free pizza for our inconvenience. I will never order again from here. This is the WORST pizza I have ever gotten... cheap frozen pizza would be better. Got a deep dish sausage pizza which was awful...the crust was overdone and burnt in places, there was barely enough cheese to cover the crust, the Italian sausage was not round little balls but looked like a different color bologna, and there was more marinara sauce than anything which interestingly enough was cold.it was not cut so make sure to ask for it to be cut as well. The tiramisu was frozen to point that I had to wait 20 minutes to eat it as a fork would not go through it. The only reason for the one star was the driver who messaged consistently and the person who refunded my money no questions asked... door dash did the same. if you want to throw your money away go here otherwise steer clear. I love their calzones! One of the best I've had. There pizza is okay. There cheesy bread isn't cheesy. It's just pizza dough baked with light over cooked cheese on top. All there "app" are just oven bake and have no flavor. Same with there chicken fingers. But they are always really nice when I call. There delivery is fairly fast. And 24/7. When you request "ASAP," it says it will take 45+ minutes, but we often get ours within 20. If you request a specific delivery time, they are within a couple minutes of that time! Didn't appreciate the dry rub hot wings, no breading is awesome but I prefer liquid hot sauce. Not impressed with the garlic breadsticks, the seasoning is great but the breads as flat as a pancake and crispy like a McDonald's hashbrown. read more

Decided to try Sarpino's delivery. That part was great. It arrived early and the driver found my place without calling me. Everything was hot. Ordered a personal pizza, plain chicken wings, and mozzarella sticks. Rundown on the food, mozzarella sticks, wouldn't order again. Chicken wings are decent for the most part, they are moist (slightly greasy but not terrible). Was surprised by the pizza...ordered sausage, mushroom and olive. Didn't know the sausage was sliced (I prefer the other kind...wish I'd known that). I don't really eat a lot of pizza but when I do, I can be particular about it. The sauce on the pizza was very good. All in all, really decent. Now for the one bad thing I couldn't get past...the ranch dressing was terrible. Horribly thin, horribly acidic (was it really old & just completely broke down?) Make it fresh please or get a different vendor. Didn't like it one bit. The pizza is tasty, and the delivery service is fast, but the drivers continue signing for my orders without my knowledge. I get an email confirmation with a signature that does not belong to me. This has never happened with other pizza places in the area-- I am always asked to sign. It's odd to receive an email thanking you for an order with a signature that does not belong to you! While the manager is quick to respond, this has happened several times, so I feel like my concerns aren't being taken seriously. I consider myself a very loyal customer, but we will be looking elsewhere for pizza because my concerns appear to just be getting shrugged off. read more
