I was injured at work in February of 2017. My company sent me to Concentra immediately for…read moreevaluation. The doctors were apprehensive about giving me any pain meds for my injury to my shoulder, of which I completely understand and I was schefuled for physical therapy. Upon starting therapy I complained to Scott, the physical therapist of my pain level and discomfort. He saw to it that I been seen by the Dr. at once. I was then subsequently given a weeks worth of pain meds and muscle relaxers (THANK YOU SCOTT!) I had to wait on an m.r.i. until April and the results came back that surgery was required. Dr. Levy did my surgery at St. Vincents hospital in May. Once I started my rehab with Scott, I was not a model patient however, he was encouraging and always professional. A special thank you to Scotts assistant Rosemary, she always did her job well and took the time to listen to my corny jokes. When I completed physical therapy and returned to Concentra for a physical for my new job in November, Mary was the med tech/nurse/medic that guided me through the 3 hour physical. Mary explained to me each step of the physical and what each test required, this was very helpful to me. She is the perfect person to do these types of physicals in my opinion. She was direct, clear and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I gave her a hug when the physical was over and thanked her. Also, the entire staff at Concentra were very kind and friendly to me. Thank you Porsche and Tracy for putting up with me the entire time.

He will either see me or get back to me via MyChart messages right away. If he's out of the office, another provider will take care of me. I mean, what can you say about a doctor? He's caring, gentle, he listens, he works with me and my specialists on my myriad of medical problems. He tells it like it is, he won't sugar coat. So if you're looking for a doctor to coddle you, it's not Wu. Though, this isn't to say he's a mean, crochety type that'll yell at you if you didn't renew your prescription or lose that weight. But he will bring it up. The only bad thing is, he's so good that he's pretty full. Sometimes you have to wait awhile to get in. And he's not always accepting new patients. From our first visit to our last, my son was in great hands. Kelly was our main OT and was amazing with both of us. He was always happy to visit -we drove 40 min each way to see her - and the staff was always friendly, the office always clean. We were provided several photos, diagrams, measurements, etc over our course of treatment so we could watch our son's head progress and the technology was just amazing to help my husband and I see/understand. As for the helmet itself, my son never seemed to mind it. It was lightweight and was only worn 2-3 months. We joked that it protected him from bumping his head several times so perhaps we should just let him wear it permanently. :) I'm the type of mom who is very picky and researches everything for her son, and despite that, I would happily recommend Cranial Technologies in Cleveland to any parent! And ask to see Dr. Kelly. You won't be disappointed. :)

I walked out and let everyone know how he treated me and to this day i will discourage people from going to this quack doctor.
