This place is a fucking joke. Standard physical....4 hrs? lol... then your staff thinks it's a joke. What's a joke is their waist size. Maybe put this clowns on a diet and some gym time. I've seen fucking sloths move faster. Would be advisable to clean house and hire some real medical professionals. BTW..... GO TO THE FORBES LOCATION. They definitely are on their game. absolutely the worst establishment i have ever been in. employees are very rude and condesending. getting a physical for a job should never be this hard. this place is abusive at best. the staff attitude and unwillingness to service the clients in a human way is absolutely deplorable at best. this place should be shut down due to the service that is supposed they dont even come close to achieving. the really disturbing part is that very reputable companies such as the rta and the city of cleveland use this horrible place to screen their potential new hires. this place is so abusive you end up saying if this is any representation or reflection on how this job will value their employees i would rather continue my search elsewhere and pray i never come in contact with this place or the employees that work there by the grace of god. if a job is trying to send you to this establishment respectfully request another location. just a word of advice if you value your peace or sanity. stay blessed family read more

If you have a choice, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I was sent here after a work injury. The medical professional (not an MD) who saw me diagnosed a contusion (bruise) and strain that would be better with ice and rest. Because this was a workers comp claim an x-ray was necessary. After looking at the x-ray she returned with a look of shock on her face and told me I had fractured my shoulder. Okay, not quite the same as a bruise that only needed ice! They referred me to an Orthopedist and gave me a disk with the x-ray images. The next day I brought the disk to the Ortho and they said it was blank - no images on it, so they needed to do x-rays again. When I got home I popped it in my computer and it was indeed blank. 4 days later returned for scheduled follow-up and brought the disk. I told them it was blank and maybe they should check their system, or maybe the disk was just bad. They did not want to believe me and said the person who prepared it always does a good job. But did end up burning a new disk for me. I also told them at this time that they had the wrong address for my place of employment and needed to change it to ensure Workers Comp was accepted. They did not and when I left gave me new paperwork with incorrect address still on it. There was also a next appointment scheduled for 3 weeks later printed on the paperwork. Several days before the next appointment I got a text to confirm the appointment and did so. When I showed up 10 minutes early for the appointment listed on the paperwork and confirmed via text, I was told I was not on the schedule. I showed the woman at the desk my text confirmation and my paperwork with the appointment scheduled. She told me the computer system and the phones were down and they could not see me. I had driven 45 minutes to get to this appointment and was not please, but went on my way after asking her to please call me the next day to reschedule. It has been 11 days and I have not yet received a call to reschedule. read more

Holy crap this had got to be the worst experience I've ever had in trying to get a drug test. 3 total visits so far with each having at least a 2 hour wait. So I've literally wasted at least 6 hours at this place trying to get a drug test, and I still haven't been able to complete the drug test. The service here is unbelievably bad and I haven't even mentioned the pure 100% Karen attitudes that seethe from the 2 front desk workers. I've truly never experienced a clinic this horrendous. I went in early this morning for a random drug screen. The nurses were very kind and accommodating, particularly Mary, a paramedic who was assigned to me. She works quickly and efficiently, and made sure I was taken care of. The whole visit took less than a half-hour, enabling me to resume my route on the same parkway. read more

The care & wait are comparable to other clinics but we have been regular commercial customers of Concentra for over 17 years and the experience and lack of care for our business relationship has me seeking other providers. It's a shame, but its true that one office manager can ruin a relationship in 5 locations. Just terrible. No sense of partnership whatsoever! read more

Update I had to go to real doctors and found out just like I thought these doctors at this place misdiagnosed me in a huge way. I have been waiting for four hours to be seen to complete a TB questionnaire. FOUR HOURS. I understand being short staffed and over worked but I wasn't told it would be anything like this. When I called about an hour and a half ago I was told I am 6th in line. Unless you are desperate like me and need to get something done do not come here. read more

I was injured at work in February of 2017. My company sent me to Concentra immediately for evaluation. The doctors were apprehensive about giving me any pain meds for my injury to my shoulder, of which I completely understand and I was schefuled for physical therapy. Upon starting therapy I complained to Scott, the physical therapist of my pain level and discomfort. He saw to it that I been seen by the Dr. at once. I was then subsequently given a weeks worth of pain meds and muscle relaxers (THANK YOU SCOTT!) I had to wait on an m.r.i. until April and the results came back that surgery was required. Dr. Levy did my surgery at St. Vincents hospital in May. Once I started my rehab with Scott, I was not a model patient however, he was encouraging and always professional. A special thank you to Scotts assistant Rosemary, she always did her job well and took the time to listen to my corny jokes. When I completed physical therapy and returned to Concentra for a physical for my new job in November, Mary was the med tech/nurse/medic that guided me through the 3 hour physical. Mary explained to me each step of the physical and what each test required, this was very helpful to me. She is the perfect person to do these types of physicals in my opinion. She was direct, clear and knowledgeable throughout the entire process. I gave her a hug when the physical was over and thanked her. Also, the entire staff at Concentra were very kind and friendly to me. Thank you Porsche and Tracy for putting up with me the entire time. read more

I don't do bad reviews but this is this pretty serious for other people to know. The past two days I had very high fever so decided to go to clinic maybe get some Prescribe medicine or get tested for something, Well I went to the clinic and automatically they charge me $160 because I didn't have insurance I go in the back room Started talking with the dr Thomas Wolff, pa-c he told they are going to run some test and figure out what is going on,they ran a flu test it came back negative then the doctor checked my vitals. Well he came to the conclusion that it's just a strong fever and it should go away and he suggested me to go buy thra flu so I did. The next day I felt better I had normal temperature and felt better well about 6 o'clock my temperature shot up to 105 f and it stays like that for almost two hour my wife got freaked out and trues everything to nock it down finally after two hour she did. Well after temperature came down I knew something wasn't right so I went to the er and it turns out I had Pneumonia in my lungs bacterial infection which literally could've killed me I should've just never went to the clinic in the first. read more
