I got in for a new patient appt. next day. Dr. Holtzmeier was on time, very professional and great bedside manner. I didn't feel like he was rushing me out when I asked him tons of questions either. The only thing I would change would be to have better signage for his office. They are located on an entire floor above Hoolihan's Restaurant on Detroit Rd. (off the Columbia exit) but all that's there is a University Hospitals sign. Kind of confusing but so worth it once you know where you are going. I'm quite happy with my choice of Dr. Brant Holtzmeier.

You can have the best surgeons but if the staff can't do their jobs, it doesn't matter. She has been there for four months and the issues continue and it is getting worse. It takes weeks for her to do her job, then you can schedule,, meanwhile Dr Shaia has open slots. Patients are needlessly suffering. This is ridiculous behavior from a doctor's office. This is not an insurance problem. It is a TISH problem.

I needed a physical, so I called a number of doctors' offices covered by my insurance. Unlike the others who either weren't taking new patients or weren't taking them for months, Dr. Golovan was able to get me in within ten days of my call. His staff is friendly, and unlike virtually every other doctor I've visited over the past decade, Dr. Golovan didn't subject me to the eight-minute shuffle--that game where overscheduled doctors make you feel as if you're imposing on them if you take up any more than eight minutes of their time. Instead, Dr. Golovan asked questions about my health. Then, he listened. Then, after I was done telling him about my concerns, we discussed them. I don't think I've ever had a doctor who was so genuinely interested in his patients' health and so dedicated to making sure that patients' concerns were taken care of. Also, the staff members I interacted with were extremely friendly and courteous. In sum, if you need a doctor in Cleveland, I would highly recommend visiting Dr. Golovan.

I instantly liked her. She was friendly, caring and wanted to know about me as a person not just my medical history. The one thing I really like about her is she remembers you and the things you have told her. I have been to doctors before where they can't even remember your name. The front desk nurses are real friendly. Waiting room is a tad small. They try and fit you last minute for emergencies but don't always count on it. I'm talking off a star because they don't accept walk ins. Overall if you're looking for a new doctor check out Marina Cutarelli. You won't be let down.

She really listens and looks at your full medical history when considering treatment or issues, when you are medically complex this is very reassuring and unfortunately, not the norm in today's medical environment. When I've had flashing lights in my vision her staff fit me in right away and when I was raveling and had an issue she got on the phone and looked at pictures I sent to determine if I needed emergency care. She is absolutely wonderful and I wish all doctors were as thorough and knowledge as Dr. Lavery.

I know how important it is to advocate for myself especially when it comes to my health so once I found out they accepted my insurance I scheduled right away. They were able to get me an appointment within the same week. I saw NP Marshe and she was so thorough and kind. It was so easy to talk to her and she explained everything to me and really listened to my concerns. The office atmosphere is top tier the decor has meaning and statement pieces throughout the entire office. I love the intentionality behind the space. The Village of Healing Center is the first and only clinic for Black women in Cuyahoga County. They have services for pediatrics, mental health and gynecology and obstetrics. They also have primary care services. They cater to the black woman holistically. I am so glad I finally called and made an appointment. I was nervous at first as I prepared to switch doctors, and hoped I made the right decision. All that concern left once I entered. The young lady who welcomed was so kind and genuine and she said she was so glad I came. She knew I was a first timer and explained the process to me. The artwork is beautiful and every exam room is named for a different medical pioneer of color. It was cool to read the different stories. My provider was so dope! She was patient, kind and so understanding. She was encouraging and a great listener. I already made another appointment, and I am actually looking forward to returning.
