I also wanted a Hello Kitty decorative pick to add to the flower arrangement, and I noticed that Hello Kitty had a black smudge on her forehead. When I let the owner know of this flaw, she was quick to fix it by gluing a cute red heart gem. The Hello Kitty pick was more elevated and prettier! There are free small cards to write a small note/letter depending on the occasion and each one is beautifully wrapped as you can see in the photo. She takes orders as easily as over the phone or through her website and service is relatively fast. I've been able to place and pick up same day custom floral orders without some ridiculous "rush fee." If she's fully booked she just simply lets you know when she could have it ready by.
