Came here because a different flower shop I usually get my mom's flowers from was not answering the phone and I was in a rush. I was down the block and asked for some flowers to be made in the $35 price range and the occasion: I asked not to include a specific type of filler and when I arrived she was already working on them. The entrance and exit is a little tricky but I'm very familiar with Long Beach and their streets. If you're not, pay close attention. It's next to a donut shop and close to the pollo loco across the corner street. I loved the quality and type of flowers they had. My mom does flowers for a living so I am very picky. I'd definitely come back here again. You can certainly get something special and not average with the selection they have. It's very reasonably priced as well!
Lilly flower shop may not be the huge flower place you might be used to but this is exactly the way I like it. This unassuming small shop might be missed if you drive by too fast but this is definitely my new favorite flower shop! Erica was working on another arrangement and dropped everything to help put a beautiful bouquet together for me. She was helpful and very accommodating. I'll be returning for every flower occasion. Just don't tell everybody. It'll be out little secret.
Great experience! I used them for an event. The staff was very responsive and open to me bringing inspiration images. The flowers were very high quality and lasted long after the day of the party. Delivery was perfectly timed. They were wonderful in handling the details. Everyone complimented the flowers. I highly recommend!!!
100/10 flower shop. I have been here multiple times and they always deliver. Cassandra specifically has been amazing with her arrangements. She has the immense talent of creating a piece that says "I'm deeply and madly in love with you, but not in a scary way. In a chill, kind, fun way." She knows how to capture the lightning in a bottle necessary for someone whose eyes you get lost in. I just picked up an arrangement from her and I was in a huge rush to LAX, I almost didn't make it. I have missed many flights before, but this time I genuinely truly believe that the TSA agents were being extra kind to me and let me cut the lines because they saw me holding beautiful flowers and I just barely made the flight in time. I'm not great with time management and always drop huge arrangements on her with little time to prepare but she always comes through with no drop in quality at all. Thank you Cass! I worked with Erica to come up with the flower arrangements for me and the bridesmaids for my wedding day as well as bouttonieres and petals for the flower girls. We had to make a last minute substitution but everything came out perfect, delivery came on time and the day was a success. Erica was very accommodating and helpful throughout the process.
I purchased some flowers for Mother's Day this year and although my wife loved the effort, she did ask that I not go her anymore for flowers. The bouquet I got was very sparce with color and number of flowers and most filled with cheap filler. Sorry guys, if the wife says the bouquet is cheap, then you're out. Pictured here was a $50 bouquet.
Lily Flower Shop is professional, efficient, and courteous and created for us beautiful, bountiful flowers. I found Erika 40 days before my wedding since a previous florist did not work out. I texted her a color scheme, description of the wedding arch, pictures of the reception, ceremony areas and she used her creativity and experience to create spectacular floral arrangements. She was able to do this quickly over the phone since I lived far away. She created two large bouquets for our wedding arch, eleven reception centerpieces, one bridal bouquet, two bridesmaids bouquets, and four boutonnières. Everything was delivered on time and fresh. Erika is a true professional, very passionate and knowledgeable about flowers.

Recently went in for a quick recital bouquet, they did an amazing job and even incorporated a stuffy I brought along without hesitation! I also received a beautiful bouquet by them for my birthday and it lasted well over a week! Definitely recommend their work and quality. read more

Lily's flower shop was amazing. I was looking for a flower arrangement to commemorate our 10th wedding anniversary and was looking for specific flowers and colors after trying many other flower shops, lilys flower shop was able to make it happen. They were able to make a beautiful arrangement that immediately reminded my wife of her wedding bouquet. The staff was very nice and attentive and was very helpful. Erika made my wedding flower dreams come true!! I could not believe how stunning out centerpieces came out--she made them even more beautiful than i could imagine! I started off with a vision in mind and she helped me decide which flowers I would work well and what it would all cost. Later down the line, I found a different idea and wanted to go in that direction, and she was so patient! I sent her inspiration photos and she understood my vision. She was extremely kind, professional, details, and answered every question I had. On our wedding day, she set everything up and the result was stunning!!! I could not have asked for a better florist. A gorgeous fragrant arrangement was delivered to me today from this shop. Two dear friends ordered it by phone as a sympathy arrangement for me on the death of my mom. I have no idea how they found the shop but I am blown away by the quality and quantity of the stunning flowers -- stargazer lilies, roses, hydrangea, German statice, lisianthus, ranunculas, eucalyptus leaves -- and the size of the arrangement. Lily's flower shop is THE BEST! This shop has helped my mom pull off two VERY last minute arrangements for yours truly. The flowers that have been delivered to me have always been fresh, vibrant and fragrant. Even though the flowers are absolutely lovely, the fact that they're always willing to help my mom pull off a kind gesture at a moments notice makes receiving flowers from this shop (and my mom) so much more special. I tried calling a few times. I was put on hold indefinitely or the the call would go to voicemail. On February 15th a lovely arrangement was delivered for my anniversary (was also delivered later than the agreed delivery time). Lilys are my favorite flower so my husband naturally wanted to try this shop for its high reviews and name. Very sadly this arrangement didn't hold up well, the roses were dying by day 3 (not a huge issue as roses always seem to go first) and the Lillys never bloomed! I've never had this happen. the Lilly's are dying before they even bloom. We frequent another shop D... Garden and this has just never happened. I have no explanation for why as nothing different occurred but given how expensive the arrangement was ($100+) I had expected to see those beautiful Lilly's bloom. read more

I called and spoke with Lily about a possible flower arrangement for a funeral. I had never really ordered flowers for such occasion before, but Lily was really patient and helpful when I had questions. We settled on a large cross and my only request was for there to be blue in it. She asked if she could add other types of flowers and colors to make the arrangement look full and pretty and I, of course, agreed. The day of the delivery, I called and asked if I could receive a picture of the arrangement and she texted me a photo within the hour. Oh man...let me tell you...I was speechless. It was such a beautiful arrangement. I was left so speechless that I didn't even know what to respond back and Lily event sent a follow-up text to make sure I had received the picture and that I liked it. If you are looking for flowers, especially for those special occasions, I would definitely suggest this place. For the price, it definitely went beyond what I expected and they have super friendly service. She also takes payment through the phone, which is super convenient for people like me who does not live around the area. read more

I called last minute for an arrangement, not 100% sure what I wanted for my daughter's birthday. I was helped in the most friendly genuine way! The person over the phone took my thoughts, asked questions about my daughter's style and combined them into a gorgeous arrangement. I'm a first time customer and I will 100% be coming back. The woman who helped me today was a dream! I went in to get a bouquet for my mother whose mom passed. The worker (again I'm embarrassed I do not know her name) helped create one of the most beautiful bouquets I've ever seen. Her bouquet has charm, uniqueness and style (some thing I know nothing of) and she was very mindful of the budget that I was working with. I've been to flower shops before where you just get sold on an item. This was anything but that experience. read more

I called this local flower shop last minute to ask for a professional to help with my centerpieces and bouquets for myself and 5 other bridesmaids. Within a week, Jasmine, the florist, relieved all the stress and easily took the pictures and inspiration and went above and beyond in such a short time.
