First thing Monday morning I started calling around to all the big guys and the earliest I could get I could get someone to come out was Thursday morning. That just wasn't going to work. I found LaBelle Appliance Service here on Yelp and am I'm so thankful I did. Mike was very pleasant on the phone, asked a few basic questions about my issue and said he could make it over to the house in the early morning. That was at 8:30 and he arrived at 10:30. My mother-in-law was home with the kids and let Mike in to do the work. She had nothing but great things to say about Mike. My dryer blew its fuse and Mike explained how it happened and how we could prevent it in the future. I'm just so glad there are honest people out there like Mike. They came same day, and we're clean, respectful and quick about diagnosing the issue. Once parts were in, they returned to install. The tech told me the new pump supplied by GE worked, but was noisy, and he was going to order and install another new one. But I could use the washer in the meantime, so it didn't bother me. I appreciated that they surely saved me another costly repair in a short time. They would not accept payment until the second replacement was installed. This place truly is First Class.

Here is the situation - Our Electrolux dryer caught fire...yes, you read that right. Luckily we were home, but had to get the control board replaced. Since Electrolux decided that my house almost burning down wasn't an issue, we had to pay for this ourselves. I.E. Electrolux = Electrosux But Jeremy came out and fixed it! Great dude Total cost breakdown - 89 bucks for the initial call - then 165 - 89 dollars for the second service call - the part was 133 - so roughly 300 buck to fix - dryer is running smooth now. So if your house almost burns down due to a dryer fire and Electrolux doesn't was to pay - call Autumn appliance!

All messages are provided below. I am not one to write bad reviews even when I feel it's needed but I also am not in the position to just give away free money so I am trying to do whatever possible to get my refund from Jason, he completed work for us back in March he fixed our fridge cooling issue then we also had an issue with our fridge ice maker that we decided to fix as well, Jason installed the part and the fridge did not start making ice so I contacted and let him know, he came back out to take a look and told me that a wire leading into the door had snapped and that's why the new part won't work, he said the only fix would be a new door, we contemplated going through with it at first but because we just fixed one issue on the fridge we figured we want the whole thing working, Jason had agreed to split the difference of the part and the door, or refund us for the ice maker part if we didn't want to get the new door, which is shown in the messages below. He did mention it would take awhile for the door to come in, so time went on and after awhile I felt it was taking a little too long so we checked up and that's when things got bad but I continued to give the benefit of the doubt, thinking maybe there was some miscommunication, maybe he was just busy when we messaged, give him more time but no he continued to ignore the messages, and my partner felt scammed, I having been the one that was home when Jason serviced the fridge did not think he was that kind of guy so I then contacted Cierra, the girl who schedules his services calls for him and explained to her the situation she said she would contact him and get back to me, a few hours later she called back saying yes Jason will send the refund and that it was $215 and to send her my Venmo so she can send it to him and I would receive it by the end of the day. Nothing. I again tried to give the benefit of the doubt, maybe he forgot, he got busy. So I gave it a few days/the weekend, then sent a message requesting an update, and from here on I have been ignored and I believe blocked because my calls to Cierra and Jason himself are being sent directly to voicemail. I then went on to read google and yelp reviews and see that similar situations have happened to others. I am determined to get my refund, I have not once been vulgar with this man, harassed or anything else to him or his employee yet now I am very clearly being ignored to avoid giving me my refund. Because he states in one of his responses of his 1 star yelp reviews "it's the principle of not taking advantage of a small business" I want him to have the same morals towards his customers and not take advantage of them.
