What's up with the reviews? I am here to tell you that Autumn appliance was awesome, great service and very friendly. Here is the situation - Our Electrolux dryer caught fire...yes, you read that right. Luckily we were home, but had to get the control board replaced. Since Electrolux decided that my house almost burning down wasn't an issue, we had to pay for this ourselves. I.E. Electrolux = Electrosux But Jeremy came out and fixed it! Great dude Total cost breakdown - 89 bucks for the initial call - then 165 - 89 dollars for the second service call - the part was 133 - so roughly 300 buck to fix - dryer is running smooth now. So if your house almost burns down due to a dryer fire and Electrolux doesn't was to pay - call Autumn appliance! read more

My ABC Service agreement supplier is Autumn Appliance Repair. They have come out to service my washer, microwave/oven, and refrigerator/freezer. They have done a great job each time on each appliance. I highly recommend them. read more

I needed diagnosis on very old freezer. Autumn appliance did partial diagnosis based on symptoms over the phone. Checked model for a aila le parts and gave me a second call to make me aware that parts purchase for suspected issue would not be available. I opted for service call, which was on time and professional and issue was as warned. I would definitely use again. read more

Completely and utterly incompetent! I bought a LG fridge and had a problem with it. LG sent out a subcontractor, Autumn Appliance Service, for warranty repair. The tech was pleasant and said we needed replacement part and left. The tech came back a week later with the wrong part. 2 weeks went by with no contact from Autumn. I called them and they said that LG keeps sending the wrong part. Another 2 weeks went by so I called the LG 800 number to complain. LG said Autumn only made 1 request for parts over this time period and they sent the part Autumn asked for. I texted the tech to ask what was up with that and he disputed LG's claim and that "he knew what he was doing". Another week went by and no contact from Autumn. I called LG again. They sent out a factory service tech on Wed. He came back on Sat and made complete repair. 2 months and Autumn couldn't repair or had no interest in repairing. LG factory tech had it repaired in 48 hours. read more

I was just going through some old receipts and I found two from an Autumn Appliance service call for our dishwasher. Brad came out, looked at it, and said we'd need new tub seals for $300. I paid him his $55 for the call and went out and bought a new seal for the door. It has worked great ever since. I always read about companies just looking for a quick buck--here's a prime example. read more

6 visits to fix the ice maker, 6 visits. On the fifth they decided to order a new ice maker.... No more words needed. They are the ones contracted to do warranties on our frigidaire otherwise we would have went elsewhere after visit 1. read more

Don't hire him!!!!!! This owner is very odd and has a very bad temper. He didn't fix the problem, broke a part and got very angry when I asked him to replace it on his dime seeing he broke it. He exploded and I mean exploded and was very threatening towards me because of what I expected him to do. I had to tell him to calm down or I would have to call the police He tried to scare me so I would back off and say forget about it. He replaced the part but was very angry about it and fully denied breaking the part. It was 100% his fault!!! He tried to force the piece. I asked him to call me first before coming over and he didn't the 3 times he was here. read more

The appliance repair was quick and easy so that part I am okay with. (This company was sent out under my appliance warranty and not by my own choice) I left the door unlocked for them and was not happy with the technician coming inside my home with his snow boots soaking wet. By the time the repair was complete my floors had puddles of water. Took me an hour to mop the floors and spray down my carpet because of the salt deposits (snow storm). They should take off their boots or provide boot covers to their employees especially when we just had a snow storm. Not respecting another persons home is a big issue for me. read more

The service is terrible. Bought a refrigerator through ABC warehouse and they use this company for their repairs. They send people that have no idea what they are doing. They were rude. They make up excuses why they can't fix or troubleshoot the problem. Even blamed it on my electrical voltage once. They have been out 6 times to service this unit it still isn't fixed. When I made my appointment I shared with the scheduler my concern with the poor reviews and we had a lengthy conversation about it. Besides, based on the conditions of my warranty there were only two places in my area that could repair my Electrolux dryer and the other business was too far away and it also had bad reviews. So, today was appointment day and the guy I met at my front door was well spoken, respectful of not walking in my house with shoes on, and very well mannered. He's been repairing appliances for 6 years. My Electrolux dryer is only 2 years old and was making a rumbling loud sound while drying. Right away the technician knew exactly what it was...the blower. He explained in detail what the cause was and how he was going to remedy it. The felt seal is worn out on my current lint screen and caused the lint blockage within the blower which created the rumbling noise. I asked if I could video his work and was nicely told that if I did record any of the work that he was directed by the front office to leave my house. I sensed that he was given a heads up about my concerns over the posted reviews but I can respect that and completely understand. Nonetheless, he did a great job to get my dryer running like new again. He is better then the "Maytag Man". Although, the lint screen will be ordered and I'll call back in about a week to get the status on it. Also, they allowed me to only pay down on half the labor rate until the lint screen gets replaced. My extended warranty referred me to this company. The tech that came out, Ryan, was rude and left without doing anything. Their lady manager called and stated that they would not come back to fix my dishwasher and told me to call Home Depot to get service and proceeded to hang up. I don't know how a company can stay in business with the rude attitudes that they possess. I would not recommend them at all. read more

First off, this is not their fault, but we bought a beautiful LG Refrigerator, and the 2nd day we owned it, the Ice Maker stopped working, it is one of those door in door stainless steel ones.... well the LG People tell us to contact this Autumn Appliance place to take care of it.... they send out this guy who walks in, shakes the ice maker, looks at me and says, you need a new one, and walks out.... no kidding, he was in the house for less than 30 seconds and left! Then a week later, I start calling since they don't bother to inform you of what is going on and beg to have the ice maker fixed. Some other tech shows up with a new ice maker and says, there is a huge bulletin for this fridge about the ice maker and the line in the door freezing up, so I bet you need a new door and not an ice maker.... he was right, then he said the other guy is always too worried about fishing to really do the job right, and he couldn't believe that he didn't bother with the recall on the door! Now it has been almost 4 weeks since we started this journey with this nightmare ice maker, and I am finally getting a door put in today, without them calling to confirm or anything.... again I just called to find out what was the status of my repair???? Wow, this company has no customer service skill at all!! Don't recommend calling them with anything you really need done! Who has the worms, them fish are a biting!!!! Oh, I got them, in the customers freezer door we have had in the warehouse for over a week!!!!! read more

They are contracted to do extended warranty work for Whirlpool. Rude on the phone. When the self clean feature on my oven broke a 2nd time, repairman reprimanded me that he told me not to use the self clean feature. Thats like telling a car owner to not use the rear defog cause then the car won't work. Ridiculous. They finally refused to service me even when the warranty company contacted them. I will throw out an appliance before I EVER had Autumn touch my appliance. read more

Well, after 4 weeks of them trying to make a decision on how to fix my stacked washer and dryer, they are here today to install the drum they removed from the washing machine. All this back and forth about if they have to take it out of my apartment because there is not enough room to repair is finally over. The techs were nice(Jesse) but LARRY is an ass. He should not be a "manager" of anything. He is a liar and always is harsh and unprofessional. I have asked to speak to a manager several times and refuses to connect me with him/her. I have had 3 great experiences with Autumn Appliance for my LG Washing Machine. My recent call was because there was a leak in my front load door. I attempted to diagnose the issue myself, to no avail. I explained to the repairman that I'd like to save money and once he determined the cause, he showed me how to replace the parts, gave me the proper part numbers and gave me a couple tricks to get some of the more difficult pieces back on. I couldn't be happier with the service, and will use them for all my appliance repairs. They are trustworthy, and understand the value of a customer. read more

Failed to return customer call inquiry after warranty service repair visit. Company lacks proper factory troubleshooting diagnostics. Told me they did not call back because they do not know how to fix my Maytag Dishwasher. Said they will call me when they figure it out ?
