4.5 overall for a soft opening. We are so excited to have a new spot in Martinsburg and I think Saretto is a great add to the neighborhood We've stopped in twice prior just to the bar and had a full dinner Saturday in the dinning room. The bar is from Al Caponne's estate dating to the 1920's which is pretty cool. Everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Shout out to Marie the bartender and Chef Paul. Food was flavorful. I was hoping for fresh pasta and was told there are plans for that in the future. What we ate: * Bruschetta: tomato, garlic, basil, crostini, xvoo * Chicken Marsala: Crimini mushrooms, marsala wine, baby spinach * Putanesca: olives, capers, garlic, onion, parsley, anchovy * Tiramisu: lady fingers mascarpone, espresso, cocoa A few kinks to work out as they get into their groove but a lot of potential. We are looking forward to see the evolution of the spot. The chef plans on fresh pasta and unique specials in the future as well as an expanded Italian wine list. I also assume there will be upgrades to glassware and silverware (I had the smallest fork I've ever seen for dinner and a wobbly steak knife) My rating rationale +1 Service +.75 Food~Taste/flavor/quality +.75 Presentation +1 Atmosphere/vibe +1 Value

Sauce was a little bland and slighlty higher ratio than I prefer, but not too much. I did pick up. They do have several tables with a very Casual atmosphere. Staff was very friendly. Order was ready at specified time. Note: I love Pizza! All kinds of Pizza! And I am a self proclaimed pizza snob. I truly believe you can taste the ingredient quality. That said, I have a new Pizza specific scale below evaluating the cheese quality, sauce balance, crust flavor/structure, style execution, and overall value. 4.0 Solid pizza; something slightly off, though I still recommend and will order again. Pizza-specific scale: .5 Cheese Quality & Performance: Flavor (milky, rich, balanced--not bland or rubbery). Melt quality. Stretch without greasiness. Stays put (doesn't slide off in one dramatic bite) .5 Sauce Flavor, Texture & Ratio : Flavor depth (brightness, seasoning, balance) Texture (not watery, not paste) Ratio to cheese (supporting role, not the main character) 1. Crust Flavor, Texture & Structure 1. Style Execution & Balance: Does it nail its intended style? Ingredient harmony 1. Overall Satisfaction & Value: Would I order it again?

But wait, there's more - an excellent salad is served with it and it's also never ending, lettuce, olives, cheese, red onions, croutons, tomatoes, a large yellow pepper and their own dressing. There is one more appetizer - gnocchi soup, which I consider the best soup of all. Heavenly gnocchi's, chicken bits and a delicious broth and it's all you can eat. Now that you've awakened your stomach, the main event is ready. What you have chosen from an extensive menu to feast on. I usually have the fettuccini Alfredo with chicken and extra sauce, I also will ask for Angel Hair pasta. If you foolishly ate too much of the appetizer's, which happens to me frequently, you might not be able to eat very much of the main dish. Don't worry, they have excellent take home containers, which go into the microwave to heat and it's just as tasty. They also have several other options for takeout, whole meals in those same, easy to use containers. This review is for the Olive Garden at Kuykendahl and the Grand Parkway

The B food n items were packed well. No problems with times or pick up. Food still quite warm when brought home to eat. We only live less than 10 minutes away though. Lots of food.
