Beware- something is not right here. I went in looking at a used Cadillac they had listed for sale…read more I am a single mature female. My life circumstances has required me to cut my life's expenses. I arrived at the dealership and I thought it was odd that they wanted to look at my trade first before I even looked at the vehicle I was there to see. The sales manager came out, introduced himself (wish I could remember his name) took my keys, went and inspected my vehicle, came back without a word and dropped my keys back on the salesman desk I was sitting at. The salesman provided me with a CarFax report and stated their service center had inspected and serviced the vehicle. The salesman then said he would pull the vehicle I was looking at up to the front of the building. I could see him going back and forth, just wandering, first saying he couldn't find the keys, then he comes over and said it was out of gas and he needed to go put gas in it. When he comes back , he's at the front counter, back turned, talking to someone at the front desk. I had an uncomfortable feeling. He finally returned and said, ok I have it pulled up out front. I get into the vehicles drivers seat. I turn the vehicle on. EVERY Dash-light and warning sign is on. Brake, transmission, sensors , abs, steering. I say , all the lights are on and they're staying on. The car, sputters, brakes soft, steering is difficult. We take the car for a test drive, get back to the dealership. I start testing the A/C Not working! We get out, he tells me, his service department will take care of the issues. He Is not interested in showing me the vehicle, doesn't open hood, backseat or show me any of the features. Opens up the back lift gate to show me it has weather tech mats . I look, every wheel is chewed up and cracked. He comments something to the effect that they gave me compensation towards my trade for the condition of the wheels or something to that nature. We walk back in and sit down back at the salesman's desk. He pulls out the appraisal of my car ( from the sales manager). Indicates that it's from the Kelly Blue Book values. My car is a BMW 7 years NEWER than the Cadillac I was looking at, 50.000.00 LESS miles in great condition (NO DASH or WARNING lights on. Their offer was $4500 more than their HOOPTY ! Keeping in mind they were saying it's based on Kelly Blue Book value. I have provided the same day Kelly Blue Book instant offer from the same day! $ 2575.00 higher . Basically robbery, of my car and double dipping . I went to a Cadillac dealership expecting an experience that would warrant a reputable dealership, I instead got the POT-LOT experience. I wouldn't buy a lawnmower here.

On arrival the salesperson got in the backseat to go on the test drive and only then noted the check engine light was on. He said if I really liked it we could probably work the deal to include the check engine light repair but they wouldn't tell me/investigate/etc unless I signed the deal that I'd buy it. Umm... no sir. I don't do that. The car can't be titled in summit county with a check engine light. I'm not paying 24k for a car with a check engine light on. The salesman was nice but honestly if I'd had known before I would have never drove out and let's face it. Gas is now $3.99. I feel something like this should have been discussed before the drive out.

We've purchased three cars from Gabe at this dealership, and we've always loved working with him…read more However, the service department has been a major disappointment and seems to be engaging in some form of scam. For over five years, my family has come here for routine oil changes and tire rotations. But during our last two appointments, we've encountered dishonest practices. As a young 23-year-old girl, I know nothing about vehicles. Rather than feeling like a customer, I almost feel like a walking dollar sign. Today, when I went in for my oil change, Brad claimed that my tire lug nuts were too swollen and corroded to be placed back on. He then demanded $300-$400 for replacements without my consent. When I requested the original lug nuts to be reinstalled, they refused, claiming they had already discarded them. I understand that lug nuts need to be loosened for this process, but to remove all 20 and then claim they all need to be replaced was frustrating and confusing. Especially since I got new tires from the same dealership earlier this year with no mention of my lug nuts needing replacement. While I understand that lug nuts can eventually swell, there was no prior warning or mention of this during previous oil changes or when I got new tires. To make it seem fair, Brad did find some aftermarket lug nuts for me, which decreased the price. However, for this same instance to happen with the same service members and the same mechanic last year with my mother, it seems very suspicious. During her visit, Alexis refused to put the lug nuts back on her vehicle. Maybe the mechanic is the problem here. I'm not sure. But all I know is that I am very disappointed in this establishment and that I will be letting everyone know about this. This dealership's service department views customers as cash cows rather than individuals seeking honest automotive service. Their predatory tactics, particularly targeting the elderly and women, are deeply concerning. I strongly advise caution to anyone considering their services, despite our positive experiences with Gabe.

I was delivered my new to me vehicle with a steering wheel that had to be turned 2" to the left to drive straight. A significant coolant leak. And a differential that sounds to be failing (whines at speed). None of which was disclosed prior to purchase. They also promised to align the vehicle "if it needed it" - well it pulls to the left and the wheel isn't straight, I'd say it needed it. They replaced several suspension parts before releasing the vehicle to me. They promised they would align the vehicle after replacing the lower control arm. They did not align it and I have a hard time believing the coolant leak wasn't noticed while the mechanic was working on the front end as it's a consistent drip. The differential, I wasn't able to test drive the vehicle before buying as it was on the lift. But, any mechanic should have noticed that. Not very pleased. Great sales team, but I'd beware anything used. There was some minor cosmetic damage I was aware of. But not these major drivability and safety issues.

I was already preapproved through my bank for the Purchase. During the test drive when I put the vehicle in reverse it stuttered a bit and I wrote it off as a coincidence and me getting used to the pedal because it didn't happen again out the door ended up paying $15,000 for the vehicle and as soon as I pulled off the lot check engine light came on as well as the light that said service four-wheel-drive. The dealership was closed when I left And since I live 2 1/2 hours away, I decided to drive Home and call them first thing in the morning. When I called them, they reassured me on the phone that Any issues like this and they said bring the And we'll take a look at it. I had the codes ran myself faulty O2 sensor amongst Other issues that seem to be more severe. They inspected the vehicle turned the light off And we're not Willing to help me fix the issue with the vehicle. They had me talk to sales management. I told them that I had suspicion that they had turned the light off and I felt like they were aware it was on and chose not to disclose the information voiding the as is sale. From this point on everything got out of hand. They became very defensive to the point Of calling the police on me after offering to help me fix it for 25% off. I accepted their offer for the discount But they still had me trespassed on the property So I was not able to accept the offer. Do you not Buy a used vehicle from them. If calling the police On a dissatisfied customer who is simply communicating Does not scream that something is off I don't know what does. Aside from the burden of selling a car they knew was messed up they had me drive 5 hours with my 7 month old son and his mother just to call the cops on me because I asked them questions that made them uncomfortable with what they had done.

I test drove the truck and it seemed like it would need a little work but overall seemed okay. I was able to get them to come down $1,000 of their asking price. Thank god they did because the truck started stalling out on me when coming to a stop on the drive home from the dealership. I'm incredibly lucky I didn't get in an accident. Had to spend $500 at my shop the same day I purchased it just to be able to drive it home. I then discovered that the drive belt tensioner was on the verge of completely giving out. Both of the wheel bearings and front brakes were completely toast and I had to get a brand new set of tires because the ones that were on it had been repaired multiple times and were not safe to drive on. Found this out after the passengers side front tire popped in my driveway (the second time my life was endangered by this dealership's negligence). I tried to get the owner Nick to reimburse me for the cost of the initial repair (the one that was $500 on the day I bought the truck). He sent me a check for only $200... I have now spent well over $3,000 in repairs on this truck and paid about $3,500 more than it was actually worth. I have owned it for one month and have spent more time working on it and taking it to the shop than actually driving it. The owner of this dealership admitted to me via text message that he does not inspect his vehicles before he offers them for sale. He literally just slapped a "for sale" on this truck and priced it as though it was in excellent condition. Do yourself a favor and buy your next vehicle somewhere else. Unless you want to get burned like I did.
