Total ripoff. Rusted moldy as hell, never cleaned before sale. Just piece of shit. Engine light…read morebeen on for awhile on had it 6 months. Bout to let it go back. Never got the memorandum title. I had to go to my financial institution to get the title as it was over 45 days . Tags were expiring. Not a good experience at all. Tim was the salesman!

If there was a way to give negative stars I would. This guy sold me a 2010 tl type sh for 10,000.00…read morecash and tells me his mechanic had looked over the car and said it's a perfectly fine great condition car. Took the car to acura 15 days after purchase for servicing and got a 5000.00 repair bill for bad camshaft, and rockers along with valve cover seals and gasket... Acura said the car is lucky to have not blown up yet and that THIS GUY KNEW ABOUT IT AND COVERED IT UP!!!! Along with that repair bill I also need to replace the oil pump gasket ($850.00) and the torque converter ($1500.00) is also going out making the car shake between gears at low RPMs. THIS GUY IS A CROOK!!! LOWEST OF THE LOW, SLIME BALL, USED CAR DEALER!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HIM, OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!! The worst part is that he's been doing this for years. I got my title today and nearly threw up when i saw WESTERN RESERVE INDUSTRIES on both of my titles and realized this is the same guy that sold me a 2003 rsx type s in 2012 that had a bad transmission that cost me over 5,000.00 to fix. I would have caught this right away, but he moved from his crappy old lot of 10 cars to his new lot of 50+ cars. HE IS GETTING RICH BY RIPPING PEOPLE OFF!!! He buys cars at auction for next to nothing, and cleans them up to screw people over. I do not know how someone like this can sleep at night, what he's doing should be illegal I can not believe he's still in business he a craigslist bottom feeding dirt bag!!! I can only pray that he screws over the wrong person eventually and gets even a fraction of what he deserves WHAT A FREAKING SCUM BAG PIECE OF TRASH WORTHLESS TWO BIT USED CAR SELLING LOSER!!! SEE YOU IN HELL!!!!

Texted Salesman over a few days. Stated I would come to see Saturday Feb 18 to see car. Was asked…read moreby salesman what time would be there so car would be cleaned on my arrival. Got there and the car was filthy, he said the car had to be taken off of lift so he could show me ?? Had to use I think it was a battery starter, to make sure it even started. After driving the car it was making noises and did not sound right. I then asked salesman had he driven it. He stated no. Then after explaining to him the noises the car was making he stated he had driven it around and did not hear noises ?? Glad we had a plan b after driving over an hour to get to dealer ship. Ended up going to Wally's dealership down the road and was able to get a vehicle with great service and communication even though I had never spoken with them previously. Save yourself the headache and go to Wally's first.

I was in search of a vehicle. And found one at this dealership with a great price! I was excited. I…read moream from out of state but was willing to make the journey to come pick up the vehicle. We have good/great credit and Jimmy was helping us. We allowed them to run our credit to see if we could get a better rate than what we already got approved for. They came back with double the rate we already got approved from. So I told them we would like to use our financing that we got approved from in our state because the rate was so much better. Jimmy then told me they would not do out of state financing. Doesn't make any sense to me because all banks are located out of state when it's being funded. The check automatically comes from another state. I called my bank and they said this is not normal and they have never heard of any dealership not accepting financing out of state. I was excited because I had found the vehicle I had been searching for for months and overall disappointed that we weren't able to complete the sale. I originally put a $1000 deposit on the vehicle to hold and they reimburse me because I would not go through their financing. His suggestion was to finance through them and then refinance in my state when we got our paperwork. That's a horrible suggestion. Why would I refinance when I've already got a good rate through another lender? Horrible interest rate for good to great credit that was mandatory for me to use in order for me to purchase the vehicle.
