I think the next time I would prefer cream cheese filling in the middle instead. The butter cream strawberry was very strong I think it would have been better a little less sweet. I can only speak for the gluten free cupcakes. We had these for a baby shower. Beautifully presented! They were very good but very sweet. I'm typically someone that loves frosting and this was a bit too much for me. The cake was a bit dense but not dry or too crumbly. I would definitely try them again but maybe with a different frosting choice or ask them to use less sugar. That is the reason for 4 stars vs 5. read more
