I even brought this up to their attention multiple times after each session but they kept blaming it on biological factors and hormonal imbalance. So, I called the next day to reschedule and they told me to make sure to come 15 minutes before my appointment to fill out paper work. I ended up arriving half an hour early, but when I walked into the business to get my paperwork, they told me to wait outside. Eventually they came to get me and I filled out the paperwork in a timely manner before my booked time. Even though I was finished, I still had to wait another 25 minutes for them to start my treatment. Secondly, they informed me that the treatment that they are selling on Groupon is not actually as advertised and that I wouldn't be getting the full treatment that I expected to receive. (This is not stated anywhere on their Groupon ad.) Thirdly, throughout my treatment the guy left the door open so people walking by could look in and see me getting a facial!! Unbelievable! I felt incredibly uncomfortable with this, and to make matters worse, the guy was speaking to one of his associates in another language the whole time while she was in the other room. A few times she even popped into the room I was in to continue their chat; all the while I was laying there getting my facial... Other annoying things that happen include that he attempted to wipe my makeup off with a paper towel (which he did so unsuccessfully), and he didn't even touch my nose during the whole treatment, which was the area that needed the most attention! I've had hydrafacials from other spas before and what he did was Nothing like those facials. I don't know what kind of crap he put on my face, but it wasn't right. After the treatment was over, he asked me when I would like to come in for the second facial, and I told him I would not be returning after learning how unprofessional they are. The facility is dated and needs more improvement. I needed a paper cup for water fountain at relaxing room, shampoo and body soap at shower. A clock in the sauna. Receptionist was very friendly since I called them booking. The body scrubber, Cindy was awesome. I had basic scrub 30 min for $60. When the booking time comes, the scrubber came to hot tub area to call the TIME, not name. If she called your TIME, head to the bed. I was wearing swimsuits but over the curtain, Cindy asked me to change paper made panty. That was awkward experience but understand she scrub every inches. I think 30 min was good enough for it. Last 5 min, she gave me quick facial with lavender infused steamed towel and gel. And neck and shoulder massage. For spa corner, I would say the salt room is my favorite. After the scrub was done, I changed to provided lounge clothes and stayed in salt room for a while. Just lay down on the mat and let the body soak the minerals. It's bit lighting down and quiet room and perfect for napping. Slightly warm but not hot like sauna. About billing. The charge was $60 for scrub. $25 for spa facility. And paid some doller for scrub mitten that you can use next time. That was fine. When I checked in, they asked me to sign the waiver and pay. That was fine too. But tipping machine showed whole cost included price. I paid the tip against for only the scrub service. Tipping should be like that.
