It's so great to see you!" and then Dr. Anna Lisa, she did my lower veneers, happened to be walking by and asked me how my parents were doing. You really, really have to watch them because they are constantly trying to upsell you on something, like nearly every visit it's always something different that they want to do to my teeth and it's starting to get on my nerves. Everything is always a catastrophe with them, even when my teeth are perfectly fine. I have no major issues beyond the usual tartar buildup, cavities (level 1 last time I was in), and wisdom teeth woes that everyone struggles with. And yet nearly every single time I come into this office, they're trying to sell me something and push some unnecessary procedure on me that I didn't ask for. One day it's some sort of flouride trays you wear overnight because apparently my teeth are going to fall out of my head otherwise. Then some other time they want to file my teeth down and put crowns on them because I have a bit of mild permanent staining on my molars which I have had for years and told them I really don't care about. I don't work in television so no one is looking in my mouth like that. Just on and on constant catastrophes and making it seem like I am in some sort of imminent dental danger unless I do this very expensive thing to my teeth. And of course when you decline they huff and puff and start with the "well akshually" song and dance, and I try very hard to sit there and not argue with them because all I want is to get my teeth cleaned and go home. From my own observations, it seems that a lot of this behavior is a mixture of arrogance stemming from their overhyped, wealthy, but clueless clientele, one or two celebrity clients who probably get everything comped unlike us mere plebs, and simply pure, zip code snobbery. A lot of people are paying out of pocket, don't ask what they're paying for, but as long as you spin them a good story about how amazing something is and how it's going to give them Hulk teeth that can chomp dinosaur bones to bits, they don't really care and aren't interested. I mean that's fine for other people, but I've had bad experiences with dentists in the past trying to bleed me dry when they find out you're not broke so I have learned to question them when they tell you things - half of the stuff they recommend is not necessary unless you have really, really jacked up teeth. Which I don't. I also forgot to mention that one of their billers tried to get me to drop my excellent insurance plan with Delta Dental for something through Covered CA which would, of course, increase the amount of money they could charge me. Never saw her again after I called them out on this nonsense. Then after my last visit they lied YET AGAIN and said I only have two covered cleanings in a calendar year which is a bunch of bull - all cleanings are covered, so again the constant lying and gaslighting with them is insane. And the last time I came in, they had a TikTok streamer or whatever with his gold chains jangling and one of the hygienists standing in the lobby taking up all the oxygen yapping about their tens of hundreds of views and trading tips on how to viralmaxx their accounts. i know it's LA so everyone is almost famous, but no. I know people are reading this and probably wondering why I keep going back. The truth is I enjoy seeing them die a little inside every time I come in and refuse all their ridiculous $5000 treatment plans and basically walk out paying at most $100 or so for routine cleanings and fillings. They get so bitter when you come in with nice teeth; they'll literally stonewall you and pout and not speak to you or be friendly during your treatment, it's just hilarious to me to see them try to come up with some excuse to drill, saw, or cut into my mouth and I just simply tell them no lol. Thankfully I am moving abroad again in a few months so I don't have to deal with them ever again.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at any dental office…read more Do yourself a favor, don't waste your thoughts, your time, your money, and especially your dental health to this office. There is nothing special here, they spend their time creating Instagram videos to lure people in. But the doctor doesn't actually do the work, he is the salesperson, once Sam Saleh sells you and takes payment, then the damage starts. Two other dentists you never heard of or were introduced to actually come in and do the work. You never see "the salesman" except for a few quick looks and then gone again. Now, lets talk about their actual work. I came in for 3 crowns and 1 veneer. The 4 front teeth (7-10) I have had work on this area from a few different dentists as it was from an accident as a child, I am 47 now and have seen many dentists over the years. I came here like most, sold by the internet marketing and all the AI videos showing the final results of their "supposed" work. Some other dentist came in and started prepping me, I never met her or was told someone else would actually do the work. She was very nice, like all of them, nice at first. They made the temporaries, those looked great, so I had high hopes that driving from Newport Beach to Beverly Hills was worth it. Was I wrong, when I went back 3 weeks later for the final work, it was completely messed up. Nothing like the temporaries or anything we talked about. All their "in house" dental lab did, was scan the old work I had and copy and print the exact same work. But they looked worse than what I had. I got to see the actual doctor again, Sam, and he also was not happy with the work. So, now once again back in temporaries. Each time you have to visit this office, it is a 10 hour day, 3 hours to drive in traffic there nd back, Beverly Hills is not an easy area to get to at any time of the day, plus pay to park. And I know a lot of people are flying in, save your money and your future negative thoughts. Your local dentist has better capabilities than this office, a real dental lab who works with many offices does a much better job than any in house lab can do and I had to learn the hard way. Back in my temporaries. The work was to be completed before I left on vacation for 2 months, which I could not change due to the dental office errors. I had to sit in temporaries for those 2 months and when I got back, they made me wait another month to get back into the office for the finals. Now that they were paid in full. When I got back in Sept 2025, I went to the office, another dentist came in to cement the finals, first Dr. Saleh put vaseline in with the finals to see if they looked ok to me, he took me outside to see and from there they looked ok, it was hard to tell since vaseline was all over the gum area, but at this point, I wanted something final in and I said ok to putting them in. At the end, your gums are so tight from all the numbing, you can't really tell if the work is done correctly. After leaving, I noticed one tooth was longer than the other. When I went to my regular dentist for a cleaning and that office wanted to see their final work, immediately my dentist said, no, no, I can see right when you walked in that the colors don't match each other, you look like you have a gap and one front tooth is longer than the other. Then he looked inside my mouth, and that's when they discovered the open margin. I originally thought it was leftover cement. Dr. Sam Saleh's other dentist didn't seal the crown properly and most likely both that dentist and Dr. Saleh saw this open margin and just ignored it, hoping a year would pass and they wouldn't be liable anymore. I confronted them about the open margin with a second opinion from a prosthetic dentist. He noted the 1mm open margin, said it was sub standard according to what he saw and what the Dental Board would agree with. I asked for a refund of $3500, this is what I paid per tooth. Dr. Sam Saleh did offer to give me the refund, but they wanted me to sign away their liability to all the dental work and I could not write any disparaging reviews. $3500 per tooth I paid, and that was after they negotiated from $4500 per tooth. Just go to your local dentist, stay in your area, if it is not done to your satisfaction, you will need to go back and forth at your cost.

From the initial consultation to the final placement, Dr. Stan was incredibly thorough and reassuring. He took the time to explain every step of the implant process, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. The procedure itself was also much smoother than I expected. As mentioned below: I got a second opinion and the doctors there had to RETAKE X-rays because what I provided was not clear. Again: I went to this office every three months. The visit before I was quoted close to 5,000 dollars the dentist and hygienist who looked at me cleaned me up and gave me the OK. Now I will add- I had fillings done at your office in August of 2025 (the visit before I was all cleared, as aforementioned above). I go to a new dentist and come to find out they spot cavities decaying under the fillings done here. FIVE MONTHS after the work. Now Insurance will not cover this, because you had already done work on the teeth. If anything, I am being gracious with my review. Moreover, I sent my x rays and treatment plan to an out of state dentist in my family, as well as a sibling who was once a dental assistant, and both agreed the suggested treatment plan was excessive and used methods that cost far more than necessary (fishy). The second opinion offered me a revised treatment plan + free x rays to correct the blurred ones. I went from a projected 2200 after insurance bill at TruGlo to aprox 200 after insurance. This, compounded with the fact that I feel as though every visit comes with a free complementary sales pitch for one thing or another, flagged one too many suspect alarms in my head for me to justify returning in the future. I understand that dentistry is not the same for everyone, and can be subjective from doctor to doctor. With that being said, I go for cleanings once every three months, so even if this extensive treatment was required, why is this the first I'm hearing of it? I go from a few fillings to suddenly needing multiple porcelain crowns. I feel like we skipped a couple steps in between those two drastically different procedures. All of the equipment is modern and top of the line, but that doesn't cover for my prior info. Also, I almost always have a new doctor see me each visit. There's no way for me to establish a recurring relationship! Finally, why regretfully? Well, this dentist is across the street from one of the best espresso shops in Los Angeles- Maru. I communicated that I was there for a second opinion on a black stain in front of one of my tooth. Shortly thereafter, this same front desk staff insisted I needed a "FULL-SET of TEETH X-Ray" in order for the dentist to fully assess the issues I was coming in for... again (black stain on front of one of my tooth) After persistent pressure from this same front desk staff. I eventually retrieved and was able to provided them a set of full teeth x-rays from MyChart. I informed her I just got them done from another dentist less than a month ago and am not comfortable getting another set of x-rays as my insurance might not cover another one so soon. Despite all this , this same front desk staff insisted that she will give me a "Complimentary FULL-TEETH X-Rays and that she will not charge me for them. So I agreed, with the terms of what we discussed. However, after the dentist looked at my teeth / full set of x-rays his front staff pressured me to get. The Dentist found (other issues that needed to be fixed) which is fine , the dentist is entitled to his opinion about what he believes he needs to work on etc.. The dentist seemed really kind and caring from my short interaction with him. And seemed to have a genuine interest in helping.. So on my way out, I was directed to speak with their office manager to discuss my treatment plans , insurance and cost etc. after getting all the information I let the staff know I'll figure out my work schedule and payment for the treatment the dentist recommended and will call them when I have some time off and schedule my appt. After doing the math and figuring out that my insurance won't be able to cover all the treatments the dentist recommended.. I had kindly reached out and texted Bedford Dental if they can send me copies of these "complimentary" teeth x-rays so I can figure out which tooth specially is most important for me that I want the dentist to work on. And they immediately replied with "Hi April, we're happy to provide you with copies of your x-rays and photos. Since we had waived the fee for them, there's a small $75 fee to release the images for personal use or transfer. Once payment is received, we'll email them right over to you." -(October 15, 2025 10:58am) Ofcourse, I didn't pay them anything as the front desk staff insisted they were "complimentary". Then I get another message from them on 10/27/25 "Hello April, this is Bedford Dental Group. You have a balance of $131.00 due. Your insurance has paid this claim and this is your portion.Please use this secure link to pay" (Mind you I haven't gotten any actual work done on any of the tooth the dentist recommended he needed to work on since they refused to provide me copies of the x-rays so I can actually review and decide which tooth I want done first) To make long story short.. I called to get clarity on what exactly I was being charged for. And a woman name Erin answered and claimed it was for the "FULL-SET of TEETH x-rays and the dentist examining and my front tooth" Erin claimed they had tried and billed my insurance for the FULL-SET of X-Rays but my insurance refused to pay the full amount and now they want me to pay the difference. I asked is this for the same "complimentary x-rays your staff pressured me to get so the dentist can look at one of my front tooth with a black stain"? then after "remembering" the promises they told me of not being charged. This woman claimed she would "waive the fees" and send me a email copy for the fees waiver. Today is now 10/29/25 and still no confirmation email from them nor was I provided with a copy of the complimentary teeth X-RAYs (the same X-Rays they billed my insurance for) they refused to provide me with copies but had no issues billing my insurance and now tried to have me pay the bill me when their request wasn't paid. Maybe if this place has staff that embody the caring and genuine service I experienced when interacting with the dentist .. I might consider coming back to bring my business. But after all this , it's a hard pass for me. This is not the type of experience I want to have going to any dental office.
